  • Patent number: 10605559
Abstract: An archery bow stabilizer includes an elongated tube formed of at least two concentric layers of alternating stiffness or rigidity. The layers are formed of different materials, one have a low degree of stiffness and the other having a higher degree of stiffness relative to the material of low stiffness. The low stiffness material is a natural fiber material and the high stiffness material is a metal or composite material.

  • Patent number: 10228218
Abstract: A bow sight for recurve and compound bows includes a cylindrical housing, an exterior sight pin, and a rheostat cover to control the illumination of the sight pin. The sight pin is part of a ring pin assembly that mates with one end of the housing. An optical fiber is mounted on the external surface of the ring pin assembly and connected with the sight pin to illuminate the pin. The cover rotates about the housing and includes a portion that extends over the ring pin assembly to control the exposure of the optical fiber to ambient light to thereby control the intensity of illumination of the pin.

  • Patent number: 9982961
Abstract: A handheld archery release is convertible between hinge and trigger modes of operation. The release includes a handle which contains a sear assembly operable between hold and fire positions. Hinge and trigger assemblies are connected with the handle and with the sear assembly to operate the sear assembly in both modes of operation. A linkage assembly is connected with the handle and rotates the sear assembly toward the fire position when the trigger assembly is operated and biases the sear assembly in a first direction when the hinge assembly is operated.

  • Patent number: 9797684
Abstract: An archery scope includes a housing having a light receiving region arranged on an exterior surface of a cylindrical sight portion and at least one sight pin connected with the housing and arranged within the sight portion. At least one optical fiber extends through the sight pin and through the light receiving region to receive ambient light and deliver it to the end of the sight pin. The optical fiber is arranged on the exterior surface in a serpentine pattern to maximize the length of the fiber exposed to ambient light. A shield is rotatably connected with the housing sight portion for movement between open and closed positions to increase and decrease the amount of ambient light directed to the optical fiber, respectively, so that an archer can control the brightness of the sight pin.

  • Patent number: 9618295
Abstract: A handheld archery release includes a handle and a first finger piece which is removably and adjustably connected with the handle to provide radial adjustment of the release. Preferably, a second finger piece is removably and adjustably connected with the first finger piece. Adjusting the finger pieces forward creates a flatter hand feel and provides a faster back-tension speed for shot execution. Adjusting the finger pieces rearward or backward creates a larger arcuate shape for a more swept hand feel and a slower back-tension speed for shot execution.

  • Patent number: 9285183
Abstract: An archery release includes a gate pivotally connected with the release and movable between open and closed positions. When in the open position, the gate receives a bowstring, and when in the closed position, the gate retains the release on the bowstring so that the archer does not need to hold on to the release at all times. The release may be operated when the gate is in either the open or closed positions.

  • Patent number: 8622051
Abstract: A back-tension archery release includes a handle with an adjustable sear housing and an adjustable finger. The handle has a longitudinal axis. The sear housing is adjustable about an axis normal to the longitudinal axis to eliminate twist or torque in a bowstring loop connected with the release. The finger is adjustable about the longitudinal axis to increase or decrease the speed of the release and provide an improved ergonomic feel to the user. In addition, the finger is removable from the handle so that differently configured fingers may be substituted by the user.
