    Abstract: An LED lamp includes a shell having an opening and defining a cavity, a light source received in the cavity of the shell, a fence arranged at the opening of the shell, and four locking members. Each locking member includes a securing portion and an elastic portion connected to the securing portion. The securing portions are fixed on the shell. The elastic portions cooperatively provide an elastic force to fix the fence to the shell. By bending the elastic portions of the locking members outwardly, the fence is released from its secure attachment to the shell.

    Abstract: An oven assembly for baking coatings applied to an object includes a housing with a header receiving pressurized air from a ventilator disposed outside the oven. A heater provides heat to the pressurized air received from the ventilator raising the temperature of the pressurized air to between about two and four times curing temperature in Fahrenheit degrees of the coatings applied to the object. The header extends from the heater into the housing. The header has nozzles disposed at spaced locations directing pressurized air at the temperature being between about two and four times the curing temperature in Fahrenheit degrees of the coating applied to the object toward predetermined locations on the object.

    Abstract: A method of measuring the thickness of a one or more layers using ellipsometry is presented which overcomes problems with fitting a model to data collected in the presence of a top surface having a surface roughness (peak-to-trough) greater than about 100 ?. Prior to measurement, the top layer is pretreated to form an oxide layer of thickness between about 15 ? and about 30 ?. Ellipsometry data as a function of wavelength is then collected, and the ellipsometry data is fitted to a model including the oxide layer. For layers of doped polycrystalline silicon layers with a rough surface, the model comprises a layer consisting of a mixture of polycrystalline silicon and amorphous silicon and a top layer consisting of a mixture of polycrystalline silicon and silicon dioxide, and the pretreatment can be performed for about 10 minutes at 600 C in an oxygen atmosphere.

    Abstract: A lamp includes a supporting body and a lamp body. The supporting body is fixed to a support such as a ceiling. The supporting body defines a plurality of apertures each including a hole and a slot. The slot has a width less than a diameter of the hole. The lamp body includes a housing, a heat sink, a light source and a cover. The housing forms a plurality of protrusions each including a pole and a head. The head has a diameter larger than a width of the slot. The protrusions extend through the holes of the apertures and then are rotated into the slots, whereby the heads are located above the slots and engage with the supporting body. Thus, the lamp is suspended from the support. A resilient member is provided between the housing and the supporting body.

The heat sink includes a tubular body defining a central through hole, a plurality of fins, and a supporting body located in the tubular body and interconnecting inner edges of the fins. The LED module is attached on the supporting body of the heat sink. A fan is received in the tubular body. When the LED bulb is at work, the fan generates an airflow which flows from an outer environment through the tubular body, the through hole, the LED module, the fins and finally the tubular body to return to the outer environment, thereby to effectively take away the heat generated by the LED module.

    Abstract: A two-dimensional (2D) magneto-optical trap (MOT) for alkali neutral atoms establishes a zero magnetic field along the longitudinal symmetry axis. Two of three pairs of trapping laser beams do not follow the symmetry axes of the quadruple magnetic field and are aligned with a large non-zero degree angles to the longitudinal axis. In a dark-line 2D MOT configuration, there are two orthogonal repumping beams. In each repumping beam, an opaque line is imaged to the longitudinal axis, and the overlap of these two line images creates a dark line volume in the longitudinal axis where there is no repumping light. The zero magnetic field along the longitudinal axis allows the cold atoms maintain a long ground-state coherence time without switching off the MOT magnetic field, which makes it possible to operate the MOT at a high repetition rate and a high duty cycle.
