    Abstract: An LED lamp includes a base, at least first and second heat sinks, and at least first and second LED modules. The first heat sink includes a first heat absorbing surface and a first mounting surface which is mounted to the base, and defines axially a first through hole. The second heat sink includes a second heat absorbing surface and a second mounting surface which is mounted to the base. The second heat sink is received in the first through hole of the first heat sink. The second heat sink has a height greater than a height of the first heat sink whereby the second heat absorbing surface extends out of the first heat sink. The first and second LED modules are mounted on the first and second heat absorbing surfaces, respectively.

The first heat sink has a conducting cylinder which defines a first through hole therein. The heat-absorbing member consists of a plurality of vapor chambers and has inclined outer faces oriented downwardly, on which the LED modules are mounted. The second heat sink includes an annular base which defines a second through hole in a center thereof. The second through hole communicates with the first through hole of the first heat sink.

A distance D2 between the first surface and the line is obtained. A visible light beam B1 is rotated from an initial direction substantially perpendicular with the first surface and the line to direct at the point E1. A first angle defined by the visible light beam B1 striking the point E1 and the initial direction is computed. A visible light beam B2 is rotated from an initial direction to strike the point E2. A second angle defined by the visible light beam B2 striking the point E2 and the initial direction is computed. A distance D1 is computed based on the distance D2, the first angle and the second angle. The distance D1 is outputted.

    Abstract: A memory circuit for holding a single binary value. A first bit cell holds one of a logical high value and a logical low value, and a second bit cell also holds one of a logical high value and a logical low value. Circuitry is provided for placing a logical high value in the first bit cell when the binary value in the memory circuit is to be a logical high value, and circuitry is provided for placing a logical high value in the second bit cell when the binary value in the memory circuit is to be a logical low value. In this manner, a logical high value exists within the memory circuit, whether the single binary value within the memory circuit is a logical high value or a logical low value. The difference between the two values of the binary value is which of the two bit cells holds the logical high value. Thus, this memory circuit can be sensed without the use of a sense amplifier.
