    Abstract: A heat exchanger plate module comprises a pressed heat exchanger plate and a flat plate, and a heat exchanger comprises plural of the modules. The plates comprise first and second longitudinal end portions each having a fluid port, and an intermediate heat exchange portion between the first and second longitudinal end portions. The plates further include a pressed corrugated pattern with alternating tops and bottoms in the thickness direction. The pressed pattern comprises in the first and/or second longitudinal end portions, a first fluid channel pattern leading fluid flow into the fluid port and/or a second fluid channel pattern bypassing the fluid port. In the intermediate heat exchange portion, a third fluid channel pattern fluidly communicates with the first and/or second fluid channel pattern and comprises longitudinally extending wave-shaped pressed lines that form discrete longitudinal extending fluid channels, when the pressed heat exchanger plate is attached to the flat plate.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of allergens and more specifically to a novel isolated allergen from the species Cupressaceae shown to be a primary sensitizer for severe peach allergy mediated by the protein Pru p7. The allergen is homologous with Pru P7 in peach, a protein belonging to the Gibberelin Regulating Proteins (GRPs). The novel allergen also 5 shares high sequence homology among other species from the Cupressaceae family and there is therefore also provided additional novel allergens in two other species of the Cupressaceae family. The novel allergens find use in the in vitro diagnosis of, treatment and/or prevention of Type 1 Cupressaceace pollen allergy and Cupressaceace pollen-associated food allergies.

    Abstract: A welding device applies weld material between two work pieces such that the work pieces are connected mechanically with one another. The welding device includes a welding head and a central element. The welding head performs a welding action during transport thereof along an operating direction between the work pieces. Two primary sensor members are arranged on the central element upstream of the welding head relative to the operating direction. The sensor members register geometric properties of a spacing between the work pieces in which spacing the weld material is to be applied. Each sensor member is configured to maintain contact with a respective wall of the two work pieces adjoining the spacing while allowing variation of lateral distances between the central element and the adjoining wall. This is accomplished by the sensor members being pivotally attached to the central element via at least one pivoting axis oriented essentially perpendicular to the operating direction.
