A match condition and a path parameter are carried in a control message, and the path parameter includes an address identifier and a path feature identifier, so that when there are a plurality of forwarding paths between two devices in a network and when a first device receives a packet that meets the match condition in the control message, the packet may be forwarded on a forwarding path corresponding to the path parameter. The method provided in this application helps reduce network configuration complexity.

The present invention coordinates the geometrical relationship between the machine tool and the large propeller to ensure that the slanting column feed bed moves between two blades, thereby reducing the overhang length of the spindle. Different forms of workpiece rotary worktables and bed feed mechanisms are selected according to different slanting column feed beds. Four types of slanting column feed beds are designed, which can be selected, optimized and applied for different processing objects. The present invention enhances the processing stiffness of the spindle and solves the problem of poor processing quality of the large propeller caused by machine tool vibration.

Then, based on the multiple encoding passes, the pre-encoder generates a model for mapping bit-size to quantization strength for encoding video frames or portion(s) thereof. When the encoder begins the final encoding pass for one or more given video frames or any portion(s) thereof, the encoder uses the model to map a preferred bit-size to a given quantization strength. The encoder uses the given quantization strength when encoding the given video frame(s) or frame portion(s) to meet a specified bit-rate for the encoded bitstream.
