    Abstract: A process for pretreating a lignocellulosic material is provided. The process comprises mixing the lignocellulosic material and an alkaline aqueous solution, in a solid to liquid weight ratio of equal to or more than 25:75 to equal to or less than 60:40, in a mixer to produce an aqueous slurry and heat-treating the aqueous slurry at a temperature in the range from equal to or more than 50° C. to equal to or less than 200° C. to produce a heat-treated aqueous slurry comprising a pretreated lignocellulosic material. The lignocellulosic material has a lignin content in the range from equal to or more than 10 wt % to equal to or less than 50 wt %, based on the total weight of the lignocellulosic material. The alkaline aqueous solution has a pH of equal to or more than 9.0.

    Abstract: A source driver and drive control method that cancel offset voltages and enable quality display when a vertical synchronization signal is not fed to the source driver. A source driver receives a horizontal synchronization signal of an image signal, and a binary control signal which varies in two values in synchronization with the horizontal synchronization signal and in which start values of adjacent frames of the image signal are different, excluding a vertical synchronization signal of the image signal, to apply a drive voltage to source signal lines of a display panel. In the source driver, the vertical cycle of the image signal is analyzed based on the binary control signal; a pseudo vertical synchronization signal is generated based on the vertical cycle; and a cancel operation of an offset voltage component of the drive voltage is performed based on the pseudo vertical synchronization signal.

    Abstract: A nitrogen compound luminescent material belongs to the field of LED inorganic luminescent materials. The nitrogen compound luminescent material has a chemical formula: M1-yEuyAlSiCxN3-4/3x. In the formula, M represents one or several of Li, Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba; 0<x?0.2, 0<y?0.5; and C represents the element Carbon. The luminescent material can be excited by ultraviolet, near ultraviolet or blue excitation light source such as LED, and emits red light with wavelength between 500-800 nm, especially the maximum emission wavelength between 600-700 nm, exhibiting a wider excitation spectrum range, efficiency and stability. The corresponding method of the preparation is simple, easy to mass production and pollution-free. By using the luminescence material, and with ultraviolet, near ultraviolet or blue LED and other luminescent materials such as green fluorescent powder, a white LED light source can be provided.

With the ultraviolet, near ultraviolet or blue lights, and other types of luminescence materials, such as green fluorescent powder, a new white LED can be obtained. The luminescence material has a wider excitation spectrum range, and is efficient and stable. Preparation is simple, easy to mass-produce and pollution-free.

The oxynitride luminescent material according to the invention is excellent in chemical stability and luminescence property, and act as cyan to red luminescent material applicable to white light LED that excited by ultraviolet or blue light LED. Its excited wavelength is between 300-500 nm, while the emission wavelength at 470-700 nm. With blue or ultraviolet or near-ultraviolet LED, this type of material can be used to produce white light illumination or display light source.
