The method includes: sending a first request message to a network side when the terminal is in a RRC_idle state or a RRC_inactive state, wherein the first request message is configured to request to activate the uplink positioning reference signal.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a positioning method and device. The positioning method applied to the first terminal includes: obtaining terminal information of a second terminal with a location service function; and interacting with the second terminal through a direct communication link to obtain location information of the first terminal. In this way, in the embodiments of the present disclosure, even if the first terminal is not in a network coverage area, the second terminal with the location service function may assist the first terminal in positioning.

Abstract: Provided are a data compression method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The method is used for a data sending end; the data sensing end can carry a plurality of services on a radio bearer; each service corresponds to a compression buffer. The method comprises: determining a first compression buffer corresponding to a service to which first data block to be sent belongs (S101); compressing the first data block using a dictionary corresponding to the first compression buffer to obtain compressed second data block (S102); encapsulating the second data block in a set message, and adding, to the set message, a compression identifier used for indicating the first compression buffer (S103); and sending, to a data receiving end, the set message carrying the compression identifier (S104). According to the present invention, data compression efficiency is improved, and efficient transmission of a plurality of services is achieved.

The paging method includes: receiving, by a UE in an inactive state, a paging message for determining a paging type, the paging message being transmitted from a base station, the paging type including an access network paging initiated by an access network or a core network paging initiated by a core network; determining, by the UE, the paging type corresponding to the paging message; and when the paging type corresponding to the paging message is the core network paging, updating, by the UE, each of states of a NAS and a RRC layer for the UE into an idle state, and responding to, by the UE, the paging message.

The method comprises: an access and mobility management function (AMF) entity obtains and stores a terminal location capability of a terminal, and after a location service for a target terminal arrives, if the terminal location capability of the target terminal is stored in the AMF entity, the AMF entity transmits the terminal location capability of the target terminal to a location management function (LMF) entity, so that the LMF sets a location method for the target terminal according to the terminal location capability. Abstract: Provided are a measurement reporting method, a positioning measurement device, and a location management function (LMF). The method comprises: receiving a positioning measurement reporting request message sent by a location management function (LMF); and reporting at least one positioning measurement value to the LMF on the basis of the positioning measurement reporting request message, wherein the at least one positioning measurement value comprises at least one carrier phase measurement value. By means of the embodiments of the present application, the reporting of a carrier phase measurement value is realized, carrier phase positioning is supported, and the positioning precision is improved.
