Abstract: Provided in the present application are a positioning method and apparatus, and a terminal and a storage medium. On a first terminal side, the positioning method includes: acquiring positioning service information of a target terminal; determining from the target terminal, according to the positioning service information, a primary positioning terminal for providing a primary positioning service and a secondary positioning terminal for providing a secondary positioning service; and performing positioning for a location of a first terminal based on the primary positioning terminal and the secondary positioning terminal. Since the positioning of the first terminal can be assisted by the primary positioning terminal and the secondary positioning terminal, the location of the first terminal can be accurately positioned even if a network coverage area where the first terminal is located does not have a proper positioning server therein to provide a positioning service.

Abstract: Disclosed are a mobility management method, a radio access network, a terminal and a computer storage medium. The method includes: sending, to a terminal, a configuration message, and the terminal reports, according to the configuration message, neighbor cell signal strength or terminal position information; and after a measurement report, which is reported by the terminal and includes the neighbor cell signal strength or the terminal position information, has been received, according to the measurement report and position information of an NG-RAN, determining whether a specified condition allowing the terminal to carry out neighbor cell handover is satisfied, and if so, sending a cell handover message to the terminal, and the terminal is handed over from the current cell to a target cell, and the specified condition is a condition allowing the terminal to carry out neighbor cell handover.

Abstract: A paging method, a base station and a UE are provided. The paging method includes: receiving, by a UE in an inactive state, a paging message for determining a paging type, the paging message being transmitted from a base station, the paging type including an access network paging initiated by an access network or a core network paging initiated by a core network; determining, by the UE, the paging type corresponding to the paging message; and when the paging type corresponding to the paging message is the core network paging, updating, by the UE, each of states of a NAS and a RRC layer for the UE into an idle state, and responding to, by the UE, the paging message.

Abstract: The present application relates to the technical field of wireless communications, and discloses a terminal location capability reporting method and device. The method comprises: an access and mobility management function (AMF) entity obtains and stores a terminal location capability of a terminal, and after a location service for a target terminal arrives, if the terminal location capability of the target terminal is stored in the AMF entity, the AMF entity transmits the terminal location capability of the target terminal to a location management function (LMF) entity, so that the LMF sets a location method for the target terminal according to the terminal location capability. In the process above, when the LMF entity needs to obtain the terminal location capability of the target terminal, the terminal location capability of the target terminal can be directly obtained from the AMF entity, and there is no need to interact with the terminal to obtain the terminal location capability.

The capability reporting method includes: reporting, by a terminal, proactively or in response to a request of a positioning server, a positioning signal processing capability for a period of discontinuous reception to a base station serving the terminal and/or to the positioning server. After allocating resources to the terminal according to the positioning signal processing capability for the period of discontinuous reception, the base station configures and sends to the terminal an indication indicating whether processing of a positioning reference signal is allowed during the period of discontinuous reception. A positioning server selects a positioning method for the terminal according to positioning service quality of service requirements and the positioning signal processing capability for the period of discontinuous reception.

Abstract: Provided are a measurement reporting method, a positioning measurement device, and a location management function (LMF). The method comprises: receiving a positioning measurement reporting request message sent by a location management function (LMF); and reporting at least one positioning measurement value to the LMF on the basis of the positioning measurement reporting request message, wherein the at least one positioning measurement value comprises at least one carrier phase measurement value. By means of the embodiments of the present application, the reporting of a carrier phase measurement value is realized, carrier phase positioning is supported, and the positioning precision is improved.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are a method and a device for selecting a local location management function (L-LMF) entity, which are used for ensuring that, under a 5G localization network architecture, UE can use the L-LMF entity of a non-serving RAN node after moving, to satisfy the localization requirements of the 5G localization network architecture for high precision and low time delay. The method includes: upon reception of a localization request message sent by an access and mobility management function (AMF) entity/mobility management entity (MME), starting to execute a process of directing of the UE to the L-LMF entity of a non-serving node; and providing a localization service for the UE by mutually transmitting with the UE a transmission message carrying relevant localization information.
