    Abstract: Provided are a method and device for performing data transmission capable of solving a problem in the prior art in which if a user equipment unit needs to perform transmission with a network, the user equipment unit needs to perform a cell switching process to enter another cell, and this results in higher signaling overheads for a terminal. In an embodiment of the invention, a new connected state is different from an idle state and a connected state. In the new connected state, a terminal can perform data transmission with a network side device. Moreover, after the terminal has moved to a coverage of another cell from a coverage of a cell currently accessed by it, the terminal can move to the new cell by means of cell reselection without performing a cell switching process.

    Abstract: A small cell resource configuration method and device for a wireless mobile network. The method comprises: receiving an access request initiated by a terminal and a measurement result of a small cell reported by the terminal, wherein the measurement result is obtained by measuring the small cell before the terminal initiates the access request; determining the small cell which serves the terminal according to the measurement result of the small cell; and configuring a transmission resource on the determined small cell for the terminal, or receiving an access request initiated by a terminal on a frequency point of a small cell, and configuring a transmission resource on the small cell for the terminal. Since small cell information is broadcast in a macro cell, a terminal can measure a small cell according to the received small cell information before initiating an access request, instead of performing measurement during an access process.

    Abstract: A flaw detecting apparatus and a method for a plane mirror based on line scanning and ring band stitching are provided. The flaw detecting apparatus comprises: a line scanning detector, an annular illumination source, a rotary table rotatable about a Z axis, a translation table translatable along an X axis and a processor. By translating and rotating the plane mirror to be detected, an entire surface of the plane mirror to be detected can be detected by the line scanning detector, and the flaw of the entire plane mirror to be detected is obtained by a ring band stitching method. The method of line scanning and ring band stitching reduces the imaging distortion, the intermediate data amount, the difficulty in the distortion correction and difficulty in stitching, and improves the detection speed and the detection quality.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method and device for transmission on unlicensed spectrum in a UE and a base station. In view of the problem of DFS constraints and PHICH resource waste that is caused by communication of an uplink synchronous HARQ on unlicensed spectrum, in the present invention, logical information is configured so that PUSCHs transmitted through different sub-frames on different physical carriers form one logical carrier, and PHICH resources are reserved for the logical carrier. As an embodiment, downlink signaling is sent in a sub-frame for sending a PHICH so as to indicate transmission bandwidth for data retransmission. The solution provided in the present invention saves PHICH resources and eliminates the constraints on the DFS by the synchronous HARQ. Besides, the present invention reuses the CA scheme in the existing LTE as much as possible, and has high compatibility.
