Abstract: Disclosed are a positioning method, device and system in a multi-carrier system, relating to communications technology. When positioning in a multi-carrier system, the embodiments of the present invention respectively perform positioning measurements under a plurality of carriers and position user equipment according to the measurement results of the respectively performed positioning measurements under the plurality of carriers. Since the number of parameters for reference is increased when positioning, the positioning precision is improved.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and a device for data transmission, which relate to the field of wireless communication technologies, and are used for decreasing signaling overhead of a system in this application, an eNB delivers a scheduling radio network temporary identifier RNTI to a terminal; the eNB schedules uplink resources and/or downlink resources for the terminal through a physical downlink control channel PDCCH scrambled by using the scheduling RNTI, receives uplink data sent by the terminal on the scheduled uplink resources, and sends downlink data to the terminal on the scheduled downlink resources. The terminal monitors the PDCCH scrambled by using the scheduling RNTI, and sends the uplink data and/or receives the downlink data by using the resources scheduled by the monitored PDCCH. The method of this application can be used to effectively decrease the signaling overhead of the system.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method, system and device for implementing positioning measurement. The method includes the steps of: determining a Timing Advance (TA) report format according to obtained information on whether a User Equipment (UE) can support the measurement of the receiving-transmitting(Rx-Tx) time difference and information on whether a base station (e.g. eNB)can support the measurement of the Rx-Tx time difference of the base station and the measurement of the Rx-Tx time difference of the UE in an Enhanced Cell Identity (E-CID) positioning process of the user equipment, and after the base station processes the E-CID positioning measurement, the positioning measurement result is returned to the Evolved Serving Mobile Location Center (E-SMLC) in the determined timing advance report format.

Abstract: An indication method for accessing a cell, a method for selecting a cell and devices. The indication method for accessing a cell includes: broadcasting, by a base station, network access control information; wherein the network access control information is to indicate whether a cell of the base station permits access of a user equipment (UE) with a specific UE category, or access of a UE with a specific access class, or access of a UE supporting a specific service. When the examples of the present invention are employed, the access of a MTC device can be controlled, and thus system overhead is reduced.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and device for data transmission. The method comprises: an access network device determining the type of a terminal according to the information thereof, determining a data transmission mode corresponding to the terminal according to the type of the terminal, and carrying out data transmission with the terminal according to the data transmission mode. In the embodiments of the present invention, the access network device determines the types of terminals with different capabilities by obtaining terminal information, and adopts different data transmission modes to send data for terminals with different capabilities, thus it can support lower-cost and lower processing complexity M2M terminal with lower capacity than current UE, thereby promoting the large-scale application of M2M services.

Abstract: Disclosed is an access control method, for use in implementing improved access control. The method comprises: during a random access process, on the basis of a current load of a random access network (RAN) and a core network (CN) and of terminal or service information reported by a user equipment (UE), the RAN judging whether or not access to the RAN and to the CN is allowed; when access is denied by at least one network between the RAN and the CN, the RAN transmitting to the UE an instruction message having attached therein a backoff time corresponding to the access denying network. Abstract: A method, system and device for determining the position of a user terminal are used to solve the problem that it is unable to determine the position information of the user terminal in long term evolution (LTE) systems existing in the prior art. The method of an embodiment comprises: a network side determines the measure value of timing advance (TA) according to the actual arrival time and the expected arrival time of a contention-free random access preamble sequence from the user terminal (501); the network side determines the position information of the user terminal according to the determined measure value of TA (502). The position information of the user terminal can be determined in LTE systems through employing the method of the embodiment, and then the user terminal is located.

Abstract: A method, system and apparatus for notifying the Network Standard Time Information are provided by the present invention. The present invention is used to notify the Network Standard Time Information to a User Equipment (UE) in the Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) mechanism, thus ensuring that the local time of the UE is consistent with the Network Standard Time Information of the network side, and enabling the UE to achieve the MBMS at a prescribed time. The said method comprises the following steps: the network side adds the Network Standard Time Information into the MBMS point-to-multipoint Control CHannel (MCCH) message; the network side notifies the Network Standard Time Information to the UE by transmitting the said MCCH message to the UE.
