    Abstract: A cartridge may include a cartridge housing, a reservoir and a wick housing disposed inside the cartridge housing, a heating element, and a wicking element. The cartridge housing may be configured to extend below an open top of a receptacle in the vaporizer device when the cartridge is coupled with the vaporizer device. The reservoir may be configured to contain a vaporizable material. The heating element may include a heating portion disposed at least partially inside the wick housing and a contact portion disposed at least partially outside the wick housing. The contact portion may include cartridge contacts that form an electric coupling with receptacle contacts in the receptacle. The wicking element may be disposed within the wick housing and proximate to the heating portion of the heating element. The wicking element may be configured to draw the vaporizable material to the wick housing for vaporization by the heating element.

    Abstract: A light emitting diode (LED) package includes an aluminum nitride (AlN) substrate, a patterned copper layer with polished portions formed on a first side of the substrate, at least one LED disposed over the polished portions of the patterned copper layer, covers incorporating one or more phosphors disposed over the LEDs, a silicone fill and dam walls. The silicone fill, which is bordered by silicone dam walls and silicone fill surfaces, is formed in between the LEDs and covers. In some embodiments, the silicone fill does not extend over the covers. The silicone fill surface and the ends of the dam walls are substantially planar with an end of the substrate. The LED package can also include a thermal pad disposed on an opposite side of the substrate. Embodiments also include methods for make the LED package.

The provided ultrasound quantitative elasticity imaging method and system are based on a sliding window linear fitting strain and use a two-dimensional linear fitting shear wave velocity detection algorithm, and thus, the anti-noise capability is stronger, and the result is more reliable. Moreover, where the load of an ultrasonic front-end storage and transmission module is not additionally in-creased, global ultrasonic quantitative elasticity imaging is realized, thereby significantly reducing the design difficulty of the ultrasound quantitative elasticity imaging system and the device cost.
