For each RM instance of a plurality of RM instances to be inserted into the RM, one or more additional ports can be inserted in the RM based on a number of isolated modules included in a current RM instance. Further, net(s) corresponding to the additional port(s) can be created. The circuit design, including the current RM instance, the additional port(s), and the net(s), can be placed and routed. Prior to the inserting and the performing place and route for a next RM instance to be inserted into the RM, the current RM instance can be removed from the RM along with the additional port(s) and the net(s).

At least one event map information conforming to an event trajectory model from the set of trajectory map information and a plurality of image frame information of the moving video corresponding to the image frame information of the trajectory map information are obtained, and a plurality of location information of a virtual object is generated according to the event trajectory model. A video segment is extracted from the moving video based on the image frame information, and the virtual object and the video segment are synthesized based on the location information to generate a traffic event video corresponding to the event trajectory model.

In one novel aspect, the UE receives CSI-RS, estimates a basis matrix and a coefficient matrix of a downlink channel matrix based on the at least one CSI-RS, wherein the basis matrix is an N-dimensional non-orthogonal matrix, with N greater than two, and the coefficient matrix is a linear combination coefficient matrix for the basis matrix, and transmits to the network at least one feedback comprising feeding back the basis matrix in a first periodicity and feeding back the coefficient matrix in a second periodicity. In one embodiment, the UE compresses the basis matrix and the coefficient matrix to a feedback basis matrix and a feedback coefficient matrix before transmitting.
