The method further includes performing a singulation process to dice the first wafer and the second wafer to form multiple photonic packages, wherein one of the photonic packages includes an electronic die, a photonic die bonded to the electronic die, and one or more micro lenses embedded in the electronic die.

    Abstract: A synergetic communication method for capability reporting in relay communications is proposed. A user equipment (UE) may detect the relay node(s). In an event that a trigger condition is triggered, the UE may transmit the capability report associated with the detected relay node to the network node. The network node may generate the resource configuration based on the capability report from the UE. Therefore, the network node is able to obtain the capability information of the relay node even if the relay node has limited capability, e.g., the relay node is a layer 0 (L0) relay node or a layer 1 (L1) relay node.

    Abstract: A compressed sensing imaging method and a compressed sensing imaging system are provided. In the method, multiple grayscale masks having multiple elements with grayscale values represented by floating-point values or continuous values are generated as sensing matrices based on a compressed sensing theory. A spatial light modulator is controlled to modulate an electromagnetic wave projected on an object under test according to the grayscale value of each element in each grayscale mask, and a physical property of the electromagnetic wave passing through the object under test is detected to obtain multiple measured values. An image reconstruction algorithm is executed to reconstruct an image of the object under test by using the grayscale masks and the measured values obtained from the electromagnetic wave modulated by each grayscale mask.
