An opening and closing mechanism having the locking device is further provided for the opening or closing of a fairing.

In a first aspect, the present invention provides a multi-pass method of sequencing a target sequence using nanopore sequencing, the method comprising: i) providing a non-naturally occurring concatemer nucleic acid molecule comprising a plurality of copies of the target sequence; ii) nanopore sequencing at least three copies of the target sequence in the concatemer, thereby obtaining a multi-pass sequence dataset, wherein the multi-pass sequence dataset comprises target sequence datasets for the at least three copies of the target sequence; and iii) using the multi-pass sequence dataset to determine the target sequence.

    Abstract: An ant bait station is formed as a stick pack having multiple compartments, wherein each of the compartments contain a bait for a target ant species, and includes a plurality of apertures to the respective compartments. Some or all of the baits may contain a pesticide, for example a borate. In at least one of the compartments containing a pesticide, the apertures are large enough to permit the target ants to enter and exit. In some embodiment a compartment contains a bait without a pesticide. This may improve performance if the non-pesticidal bait attracts ants to the trap, and the lack of pesticidal component extends the life of the attractant. The compartment containing the bait without a pesticide may have apertures that are too small to permit the ants from entering and exiting.

A number of bird guards have end portions attachable to the base member and the cap member, and include a plurality of elongate members extending between the end portions, and are spaced away from the pillar. A spacing member, for example, a crossbeam, connects the elongate members for each guard, and is positioned radially inwardly from the elongate members, and at an intermediate longitudinal position, such that the elongate members will not engage the adhesive surface. The base and cap may further include spike members that extend away from the pillar.

The method includes c) purging the processing chamber. The method includes d) etching the sacrificial layer and the material by supplying an etch gas mixture and striking plasma in the processing chamber.
