    Abstract: Improved single molecule sequencing methods, compositions, and devices, are provided. In a first aspect, the present invention provides a multi-pass method of sequencing a target sequence using nanopore sequencing, the method comprising: i) providing a non-naturally occurring concatemer nucleic acid molecule comprising a plurality of copies of the target sequence; ii) nanopore sequencing at least three copies of the target sequence in the concatemer, thereby obtaining a multi-pass sequence dataset, wherein the multi-pass sequence dataset comprises target sequence datasets for the at least three copies of the target sequence; and iii) using the multi-pass sequence dataset to determine the target sequence.

    Abstract: A method for isotropically etching film on a substrate with atomic layer control includes a) providing a substrate including a material selected from a group consisting of silicon (Si), germanium (Ge) and silicon germanium (SiGe). The method includes b) depositing a sacrificial layer on the material in a processing chamber by: cooling a lower portion of the substrate; one of creating or supplying an oxidant-containing plasma in the processing chamber; and increasing a surface temperature of the substrate for a predetermined period using rapid thermal heating while creating or supplying the oxidant-containing plasma in the processing chamber. The method includes c) purging the processing chamber. The method includes d) etching the sacrificial layer and the material by supplying an etch gas mixture and striking plasma in the processing chamber.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a gauging jig, for gauging whether projections of first and second rollers, which are disposed in parallel on both sides of a carrying surface of a platform, coincide on the surface. The gauging jig includes a pointer instrument which is provided on a side of the platform and perpendicular to the carrying surface. The pointer instrument has a first end and a second end. The first end is connected to the first roller and intersects with a central axis of the first roller, while the second end extends close to the second roller. With the gauging jig, an operator can promptly and accurately gauge whether the projections of the first and second rollers coincide on the carrying surface. Therefore, gauging time can be saved while times of trial production can be reduced or even omitted, thereby improving the production efficiency and reducing cost.

    Abstract: An ant bait station is formed as a stick pack having multiple compartments, wherein each of the compartments contain a bait for a target ant species, and includes a plurality of apertures to the respective compartments. Some or all of the baits may contain a pesticide, for example a borate. In at least one of the compartments containing a pesticide, the apertures are large enough to permit the target ants to enter and exit. In some embodiment a compartment contains a bait without a pesticide. This may improve performance if the non-pesticidal bait attracts ants to the trap, and the lack of pesticidal component extends the life of the attractant. The compartment containing the bait without a pesticide may have apertures that are too small to permit the ants from entering and exiting.

    Abstract: A magnetic suspension planar motor comprises a structure of superconductor excitation. A primary base plate is in a shape of board. Armature windings are fixed on an air gap side of the primary base plate. A secondary base plate in a secondary structure is evenly divided into 2 h*2 h magnet cells. 2 h2 superconducting magnets are respectively fixed in the magnet cells on the secondary base plate, which resembles a checkerboard pattern. The superconducting magnets are adjacent to each other, neither in a horizontal direction nor in a vertical direction. The superconducting magnets are magnetized parallelly, and magnetization directions of the superconducting magnets are perpendicular to a surface on an air gap side of the secondary base plate. The superconducting magnets in a same row or column have same magnetization directions, and the superconducting magnets in adjacent rows columns have contrary magnetization directions. A cooling container shields all of the superconducting magnets.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a regulation jig including a regulation part and a scale plate which are movably connected. The regulation part can simultaneously regulate positions of conveying rings having the same sequence, such that they are arranged into a line. The scale plate can accurately control the distance between the lines formed by the rings. The regulation jig not only can guarantee the straightness of a row of conveying rings around different conveying rollers and having the same sequence, but also can ensure that the transmission surface formed by the conveying rings for supporting and conveying the display substrates has a good flatness, in turn preventing the display substrates from deviating from its travelling direction during the transmission. As such, the regulation jig provided by the invention can efficiently and promptly regulate the positions of the conveying rings, so as to ensure the normal transmission of the display substrate.
