    Abstract: A thermal insulation panel is consist of an impermeable barrier and backing, a surface of low emissivity, an adhesive, a mixture of phononic cocrystals at both sides, and a support material in a honeycomb structure in between two sides. The panel reduces heat transfer and has an overall thermal conductivity in order of 10?3 w/(m·K), and a density of 20-100 kg/m3. The panel can be cut to any sizes to meet requirements for installation, and can be stacked or piled up to meet the requirements of thickness and thermal resistance in application.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a broken line repair method of a TFT substrate. The method first finds out a broken line in the TFT substrate and a position of a broken point on the broken line. Then, positions of the passivation layer intersecting with the broken line at two ends of the broken point are processed, respectively to expose a metal layer, where the broken line is. Then, a metal growing film is formed on the passivation layer and the metal layer which is exposed at the two ends of the broken point. Finally, a protective film is formed on the surface of the metal growing film or the surface of the metal growing film is flattened and modified. By protecting the metal growing film or by flattening and modifying the surface of the metal growing film to reduce the roughness thereof, the breaking of the metal growing film can be prevented.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method and a reactor for removing organic matters by immobilized-enzymatic electrode coupled electro-coagulation. In the method, in a single electrochemical system, an enzyme-modified electrode is combined with electro-coagulation to synergistically remove organic matters from water. Certain electrochemical parameters are controlled such that a polymerization reaction is performed between hydrogen peroxide generated by a cathode reaction and organic matters catalyzed by the immobilized-enzymatic electrode. After the polymerization reaction, the organic product enters an anode chamber through a pump. The organic product is precipitated and removed by performing a reaction between the organic product and different hydrolysis products from the electro-coagulation through a coagulating/flocculating effect of compression of a double electric layer, adsorption and electric neutralization as well as precipitation capture.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a heterogeneous metal-free Fenton catalyst, a method for preparing the same and use thereof. The catalyst is a carbon-based material surface-bonded with halogenated quinones, wherein the carbon-based material has synergistic action with halogenated quinones. The catalyst is prepared by grafting halogenated quinones onto the carbon-based material, or feeding chlorine during the carbonation process of the carbon-based material for oxidization. The production of hydroxyl radicals by using the catalyst has a low cost and a safe, simple and convenient process. The conditions for producing hydroxyl radicals are mild, without any secondary pollution. Moreover, the radical production has a high, continuous and stable yield, and the hydroxyl radicals can be effectively produced by using no chemicals which are harmful to human bodies, without any side product and any additional substances which are difficult to separate.

This method adopts metal-free catalytic oxidation, the process of which is safe, convenient and low-cost, and is performed under a mild reaction condition without adding additional substances which are difficult to be separated.
