In the step of removing moisture from the resin structure, the resin structure is preferably heat-treated at a temperature of 50° C. or higher and 300° C. or lower. In the step of removing the base, the resin structure is preferably heat-treated at a temperature equal to or higher than 370° C. and lower than the melting point of aluminum.
