  • Publication number: 20080256267
Abstract: A CAN module receives a message from a CAN bus to store the same in a message box unit of a message box. A reception request signal is output from the message box unit to a DMAC/IF. The DMAC/IF outputs a 7-bit encoded address together with a transfer request signal. A DMAC accesses a selected message box unit of the CAN module and a memory based on the transfer request signal and the 7-bit encoded address to transfer the message stored in the selected message box unit to the memory.

  • Publication number: 20080006778
Abstract: The window-frame judgment unit judges that a section to be drawn has entered a window-frame area according to the main deflector data and the stage position information to output judgment signal. The main deflector calculator receives the main deflector data and calculates calculation data for driving a driving unit based on the main deflector data. The transfer controller detects output of the judgment signal and completion of drawing in the section under drawing to receive a transfer of the calculation data from the main deflector calculator and transfer the calculation data to the driving unit.

  • Publication number: 20080006777
Abstract: The lithography system deflects a beam to draw a desired pattern on a sample. The lithography system includes a beam optical system that includes a deflector deflecting a beam, and a driving unit that drives the deflector. The data generation circuit generates control data to control the driving unit according to the patterning data representing the pattern to be drawn. The data output unit processes the control data and outputs it to the driving unit. The data processing circuit comprises a memory that stores the inputted control data, and a control unit specifies a position where a defect of a pattern exists according to defect data as a result of inspection of a defect of a pattern actually drawn on the sample using a defect inspector and selectively stores in the memory the control data that relates to a peripheral area including the position of the defect.

  • Patent number: 7277362
Abstract: An audio signal reproduction apparatus for reproducing scratch sound from an optical disk. Scratch reproduction operation is performed through use of a jog dial and a turntable. When either the jog dial or the turn table has been actuated, a rotational operation signal of the thus-actuated element is supplied to a main system controller of the apparatus. The main system controller detects a rotational direction and a rotational speed, which have been achieved at the time of scratching operation, on the basis of the rotational operation signal, thereby controlling reading of audio data from memory. The main system controller processes the rotational operation signal in accordance with a jog dial/turntable switching signal, thereby controlling reading of audio data such that the same scratching sound is output when the same rotational operation has been performed.

  • Patent number: 6963299
Abstract: At step S1, an analog signal is input. At step S2, a high potential and a low potential input to a DA converter are respectively selected. At step S3, a first AD conversion of the analog signal is performed. At step S4, a voltage range is narrowed down by respectively switching the high potential and the low potential on the basis of conversion data from the first AD conversion. At step S5, a second AD conversion of the analog signal is performed. • Patent number: 6346354
Abstract: A pattern writing method acquires the area of a pattern segment located in each of a plurality of small regions obtained by dividing a region on which a pattern is to be written, small region by small region, and writes a pattern based on an optimum dose calculated based on this area. This method employs a scheme of shifting pattern segments and averaging the accumulated area, so that even when the pitch of repetitive patterns slightly differs from the side length of each small region in the pitch direction, a peculiar error does not occur, thereby ensuring highly-precise proximity effect correction and contributing to improving the precision of writing an LSI pattern.
