Abstract: An electric wire work is produced in the following manner. That is, a combination of a plurality of coaxial cables are cut to a predetermined length. External conductors are exposed in the vicinity of the ends thereof. The external conductors is fixed at a predetermined pitch with a ground bar. Insulators are exposed outside the ground bar. The plurality of insulated cores are fixed at a predetermined pitch with a plastic tape. Then, the insulator layers are shifted together with the plastic tape at a point between the ground bar and the plastic tape so that core conductors 7 are exposed.

Abstract: Photosensitive compositions prepared without use of a chromium compound. The compositions exhibit high resolution and satisfactory sensitivity, and do not cause environmental pollution. The photosensitive compositions contain a water-soluble azide compound which serves as a photocrosslinking agent and poly(N-vinylformamide) that is photocrosslinkable in the presence of the water-soluble azide compound.

Abstract: In a recording medium loading device which permits a package containing a recording medium to be loaded removably into the body of the device, the package has a guide groove extending linearly in a direction of insertion into the device body, a lock groove contiguous to the guide groove and formed in a concave shape in a direction intersecting the direction of insertion, and a stopper groove extending along the direction of insertion and in parallel with the guide groove.

Abstract: In a recording medium loading device which permits a package containing a recording medium to be loaded removably into the body of the device, the package have a guide groove extending in a direction of insertion into the device body and a lock groove contiguous to the guide groove and formed in a concave shape in a direction intersecting the direction of insertion. In a package loading area of the device body are provided a lock projection adapted to engage the lock groove to lock the package at a loaded position, an urging member for urging the lock projection in a direction of engagement with the lock groove, a restriction member which, when the package is inserted into the device body, restricts the lock projection positioned in the guide groove so as not to undergo an urging force of the urging member, and a release member which moves in interlock with the insertion of the package.

Abstract: An assembly block for a teaching material and a plaything ensures connection of wire lines at all possible link positions at which the assembly block is linked and in all possible link directions in which the assembly block is linked. Four link recess portions 12 are formed in a link surface 11a of an assembly block 10, and a round connector 13 is disposed at the center of the link surface 11a. Bottom plates of steel are disposed at the bottom of the link recess portions 12. Magnets are inserted inside the link recess portions 12 with the link recess portions 12 opposed with each other, whereby two assembly blocks are linked to each other. The connector 13, disposed for electrical connection with the connector 13 of another assembly block, comprises connection terminals which are disposed in a concentric arrangement on an insulation plate.

Abstract: A layout amendment specification section includes an input means such as a mouse and gives instructions to an section for compacting within allowable spacing, a wiring compaction section, a rewiring section, and an allowable spacing calculation section. The layout amendment specification section produces vertical ranking data for elements of terminals, via-holes, and wiring divided by each bent point of the wiring route. The allowable spacing calculation section produces vertical and horizontal sequence data that places all elements in order vertically and horizontally, and moreover, calculates the allowable spacing between terminals and via-holes. Based on the allowable spacing data, section for compacting within allowable spacing shifts the terminals and via-holes by pushing them down, and in addition, shifting the terminals and via-holes while maintaining a spacing of a gap compensation amount wherever possible that can accommodate one wire between a terminal or via-hole and an adjacent element.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for forming a fluorescent film for a display and a method of forming a fluorescent film for forming a display surface of a display unit. The composition for forming a fluorescent film for a display has an aqueous medium in which photosensitive resin having a styryl pyridium photosensitive group having an internal salt structure and a fluorescent material which easily reacts with acid are dispersed. The composition is applied to the display surface of a display unit so that a fluorescent layer is formed. Then, the fluorescent material layer is developed to form the fluorescent material layer into a predetermined pattern, and then the fluorescent material layer formed into the predetermined pattern is baked so that a fluorescent film is formed.

Abstract: A positive photoresist composition including an alkali-soluble resin and a photosensitive agent including 1,2-naphthoquinone-diazide group. A first composition wherein the photosensitive agent is an ester of 1,2-naphthoquinone-(2)-diazide-6-sulfonic acid and alcohols or phenols, or a sulfonamide of 1,2-naphthoquinone-(2)-diazide-6-sulfonic acid and organic amines.A second composition wherein the photosensitive agent comprises (a) an ester compound of 1,2-naphthoquinone-(2)-diazide-6-sulfonic acid and phenols and (b) an ester of 1,2-naphthoquinone-(2)-diazide-5-sulfonic acid and phenols and/or an ester of 1,2-naphthoquinone-(2)-diazide-4-sulfonic acid and phenols.A third composition wherein the photosensitive agent is a product obtained by condensation of phenols with (a) 1,2-naphthoquinone-(2)-diazide-6-sulfonylhalide and (b) 1,2-naphthoquinone-(2)-diazide-5-sulfonylhalide and/or 1,2-naphthoquinone-(2)-diazide-4-sulfonylhalide.

Abstract: A photosensitive resin composition includes a polymer compound having a component of Formula (I) and a sensitizer having a cationic group in the molecule: ##STR1## (wherein X denotes a cationic species, and n is 0, 1 or 2.) The photosensitive resin composition is high in sensitivity, good in storage stability, and easy to produce, and is suitable for use in a screen printing plate, formation of black matrix or phosphor pattern of a color cathode-ray tube, a CCD or LCD color filter, a printing color proof, and various etching resists.

Abstract: A polyvinyl alcohol base photosensitive resin comprised of a polyvinyl alcohol base polymer compound with the structural units of formulae (I) and (II) ##STR1## as well as a photosensitive resin composition comprising this resin and, optionally, an anionic additive and a method of forming a pattern using this photosensitive composition. R.sup.1 is a residue of a heterocyclic ring with quaternarized aromatic species, R.sup.2 is hydrogen atom or lower alkoxyl group, M is 0 or 1, and n is 1 to 6. X.sup.1, X.sup.2 are hydrogen atom, sodium, potassium or ammonium ion. These resins aid in water solubility, compatibility and sensitivity and are used in forming screen printing plates, black matrix or phosphor pattern formation of color cathode ray tubes, color filters, color printing proofs and etching resists.

Abstract: A photosensitive colored resin composition for the formation of colored images includes (a) a resin-based material hardenable with an acid, (b) a photoreactive acid-releasing agent, and (c) a pigment.A colored image formation method of a color filter suitable for liquid crystal display panel applications includes the steps of:(1) coating a photosensitive colored resin composition including (a) a resin-based material hardenable with an acid, (b) a photoreactive acid-releasing agent, and (c) a pigment on a transparent substrate, and drying the coating to form a colored resin layer;(2) pattern exposing the colored resin layer;(3) heating the exposed colored resin layer; and(4) developing the exposed and heated colored resin layer with an alkaline developing solution to form a colored image on the transparent substrate,the steps being repeated to form a multi-colored image on the same substrate.

Abstract: A stairway lift is provided on the treads of a stairway along a sidewall. A guide of the lift is provided on the treads along the sidewall so that a space is formed between the sidewall and the guide. The guide has a first side that faces the sidewall, a first rail provided on the first side, a chain rack on the first side that extends along the sidewall and a second side that faces away from the sidewall. A mobile body is supported by the first rail in the space formed between the sidewall and the guide. The mobile body has a drive sprocket engageable with the chain rack and an electric motor coupled with the drive sprocket for rotatively driving the drive sprocket. A carrier is provided for carrying a person or object to be moved along the stairway. A coupling arrangement couples the mobile body and the carrier so that the carrier is removably supported by the mobile body on the second side of the guide and guided for travel by the guide.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for securely crimping a crimp-style terminal to a small diameter conductor of a cable. A dummy conductor is prepared and a crimping portion of the terminal is crimped about both the dummy conductor and the conductor of the cable. The dummy conductor is a portion of second conductor of the cable, isolated from the conductor of the cable, or alternatively, a portion of a second conductor independent of the cable. A cutter cuts off the dummy conductor from the second conductor to electrically isolate the dummy conductor from the second conductor when the terminal is crimped about the dummy conductor and the conductor of the cable.

Abstract: A stable sodium percarbonate having excellent stability when incorporated into a bleaching agent composition or a detergent composition, particularly a zeolite-containing detergent composition. The stable sodium percarbonate is produced by a process which comprises a step of treating sodium percarbonate on the surface with at least one coating agent selected from the group (A) consisting of boric acids, borates and alkali metal silicates and at least one coating agent selected from the group (B) consisting of carbonates, hydrogencarbonates and sulfates, and at least one coating agent selected from the group consisting of coating agents belonging to groups (A) and (B) being present in the form of an aqueous coating slurry thereof.

Abstract: In an automatic router for use in automatically designing wiring paths among connection elements, such as via holes, terminals, on a wiring board, connection failures are previously detected by a connection failure detecting portion. Provisional wiring paths are successively selected by a path searching portion with reference to the connection failures to decide a new wiring path. The new wiring path is inserted among existing wiring paths by moving adjacent ones of the existing wiring paths in a predetermined direction. The connection failures may be specified, for example, by channel failures which appear when any wiring paths can fail to be arranged between the connection elements or by terminal network data signals produced on superposition of coordinate components of adjacent ones of the via holes.

The image processing circuit includes a plurality of image processing circuits each for performing a predetermined processing different from each other. Abstract: A circuit arrangement of a semiconductor integrated circuit device includes logic cell arrays arranged into columns. Each of the logic cell arrays have a plurality of logic cells. Each of the logic cells have at least one monitor point. The circuit arrangement also includes select lines which carry select signals, each specifying a corresponding one of the logic cells arrays. Further, the circuit arrangement includes read lines carrying monitor signals showing logic states of monitor points of the logic cells. The select lines and the read lines are provided so that the total number of the select lines and read lines is less than the sum total of the number of the logic cell arrays and a maximum number of monitor points contained in one of the logic cell arrays. Switch elements connect the monitor points of the logic cells to the read lines in response to the select signals.

Abstract: A low-NOx boiler comprises a burner for burning gaseous fuel, heat transfer pipes heating water by combustion heat of the burner to generate steam and having a passage through which water flows, a steam drum communicating with the heat transfer pipe and accumulating the steam from the heat transfer pipe, and an exhaust gas duct located in the furnace to exhaust combustion gas generated by combustion of gaseous fuel outside of the boiler. The boiler further comprises unburnt gas burner in the exhaust gas duct for burning unburnt content in the combustion gas flowing in the duct. The unburnt gas burner includes a nozzle for injecting premixture flow of fuel and combustion air and flame holding plate located near the downstream side of the outlet of the nozzle to interrupt the premixture flow to form a circulating flow on downstream side of the flame holding plate. As gaseous fuel and air are mixed in advance and a flame is formed, the flame length can be shortened.

Abstract: A low NOx burning method and apparatus wherein a low air ratio flame burned with an amount of air less than an amount of air in a theoretical air ratio required for burning fuel perfectly is formed, and combustibles discharged from the low air ratio flame are burned at a trailing stream of the low air ratio flame while supplying air. The low air ratio flame is a premixing flame burned by premixing the fuel and air, and combustion of the premixing flames is maintained in the vicinity of the premixing flame. In this way, the generation of the NOx during the burning can be greatly decreased, and the required apparatus can be small-sized.
