  • Patent number: 7010302
Abstract: An address structure in mobile communications network facilitating routing of a packet. At the initial position of the address, is located a prefix or the like indicating the type of the address structure, which indicates the present mobile communications network system, for example. At the next position, a location address (LA) is located characterizing the present invention. The location address is usually placed at the position of a subnetwork address. The location address (LA) is provided for each mobile switching system, and constitutes part of an IP address of a user using a mobile station under the control of the mobile switching system. At the final position, is located a user identifier (user ID) which is used for identifying a user, and is provided uniquely for each user.

  • Publication number: 20040252757
Abstract: The present invention relates to a video signal determining apparatus adapted to correctly detect a filmed video signal. A subtraction circuit 5 operates a difference between a color difference signal B-Y delayed one field outputted from a 1-field delay circuit 3 and a color difference signal B-Y before delay. In the case of a 4:2:0-formatted signal, the color difference signals in the corresponding positions of fields configuring the same frame are same in value. The output of the subtraction circuit 5 is 0 in the case that the input thereof is a signal of a field of the corresponding frame, and not 0 in the case that it is a signal of a field of the different frame. An addition circuit 6 cumulatively adds together, over one field, the output of the subtraction circuit 5. A comparator circuit 7 outputs 1 in the case that the addition value is greater than a reference value, and 0 in the case smaller than the reference value.

  • Patent number: 6621480
Abstract: A phase adjuster, a phase adjusting method and a display device for adjusting a phase of a picture image signal of a picture image displayed on a display screen based on the same number of clock pulses as that of picture elements on each horizontal line generated on each horizontal line of the display screen. The phase adjuster or the display device includes a counting circuit for counting the number of clock pulses between two predetermined picture elements of the picture image on an arbitrary horizontal line over a plurality of frames. A phase adjusting circuit is provided for adjusting a phase of a clock so as to correspond to the phase of the picture image signal based on a counted result of the counting circuit. Thus, manageability or handiness can be remarkably improved.

  • Patent number: 6310859
Abstract: Control of a packet communications network in a fixed network used by a mobile communications network is performed. (1) A communication hold mode is set for a user when the traffic volume of the user's transmission or reception of a packet per fixed time period is less than a predetermined value. The communication hold mode is defined as “although the network resources are released once, a mobile station and a gateway center at an interface with an external network behave to the user side and the external side as though the communication hold mode were maintained”. (2) When the user in the communication hold mode restarts the transmission of a packet, the mobile station automatically carries out a recall processing without the intervention of the user, and re-establishes the communication up to the gateway carrier.

  • Patent number: 5992172
Abstract: An upper thermo module 4 is sandwiched between a cooling plate 1 the top surface of which is a cooling surface 10 for a thin plate W and an intermediate plate 2 forming a heat accumulator, while a lower thermo module 5 is sandwiched between the said intermediate plate and a water cooling plate 3. A temperature controller 6 operates both thermo modules 4 and 5 to transfer heat from the cooling plate 1 to the intermediate plate 2 and then to the water cooling plate 3 in order to set the temperature of the cooling plate 1 to a specified target value.

  • Patent number: 5571717
Abstract: A novel multistem strain of Lyophyllum ulmarium to form fruiting bodies is disclosed. The cultivation of the novel strain of Lyophyllum ulmarium is achieved by inoculating a medium with a novel strain of Lyophyllum ulmarium and allowing the formation of fruit bodies, the novel strain of Lyophyllum ulmarium being one capable of giving 65 or more, on the average, of fruiting bodies of a stem length of 20 mm or longer when 10 g of a solid inoculum thereof is inoculated into a medium. The medium is prepared by mixing sawdust (an equivolumetric mixture of sawdust from cedar and that from beech) and rice bran at a ratio by volume of 3:1, adjusting the moisture content to 63% and press-bottling into a polypropylene wide-mouthed bottom (volume: 850 ml) in such a manner as to give 535 g of the contents, whereby fruiting bodies are formed in a conventional manner. Three strains of the multistem strain are provided.
