  • Patent number: 6252296
Abstract: A semiconductor device is formed with a silicon oxynitride gate insulating film to exhibit high TDDB characteristics. The silicon oxynitride film is formed on a silicon substrate and does not include an SiNO2 chemical bond unit at any portion in the film thickness direction.

  • Patent number: 6249468
Abstract: A semiconductor recording device includes two transistors connected to two bit lines, respectively, that are turned OFF by a retention test signal during a retention test. One of the bit lines is put into high impedance with the help of a write driver, and “0” is output to the other bit line. Therefore, charge at H-level is not supplied to the bit lines during the retention test, so that a memory cell having a faulty connection will not temporarily retain H-level data.

  • Patent number: 6215146
Abstract: An object is to provide a semiconductor device having high reliability and capable of high speed operation. The semiconductor device includes a silicon substrate, a silicon nitrided oxide film formed on the silicon substrate, and a gate electrode formed on the silicon nitrided oxide film. Nitrogen is distributed only in the vicinity of an interface between the silicon substrate and the silicon nitrided oxide film. In the vicinity of the interface, every nitrogen atom is bonded to two silicon atoms and one oxygen atom.

  • Patent number: 5713530
Abstract: A film winder which can stop the rotation of a film winding spool at a constant position. The film winder has a drive pin for rotating the spool in a film cartridge. The drive pin carries a gear having a boss formed with a flat engaging portion on its outer periphery. A stopper member is provided which can pivot and engage the engaging portion. The spool is rotated by the drive pin to wind film around the spool. After a film detection sensor provided near the opening of the cartridge has detected the passage of the film tip, the stopper member is pivoted toward the boss and engages the engaging portion of the boss, thus stopping the drive pin. The spool can thus be stopped at a constant position.

  • Patent number: 5585888
Abstract: Cartridges containing films are inserted into respective cartridge holders on the rotary table. It is rotated to feed films to image the data readout unit and the printing/exposure unit arranged along a straight line. The driving force for rotating the rotary table is distributed to open and close the film cartridges, feed and stop them and open and close the doors of the cartridges holders. All are mechanically done from the same driving source.

  • Patent number: 5354372
Abstract: The present invention relates to an undercoating composition and more particularly to an undercoating composition which has good application property and provides a coating film of low density having good resistance to corrosion, chipping, and secondary run. It will be used for automotive floor undercoating. The present invention of an undercoating composition which comprises (a) 100 parts by weight of a wax, (b) 10-200 parts by weight of a basic organic-inorganic dispersion composed of a metal salt of organic sulfonic acid, basic alkaline earth metal salt, and organic solvent, (c) 2-50 parts by weight of an .alpha.-olefin oligomer, and (d) 2-50 parts by weight of a metal salt of lanolin fatty acid. And another invention may be a composition in which (e) 1-30 parts by weight of an inorganic powder for 100 parts by weight of the total nonvolatile matter of the composition is added to the above-mentioned composition.
