  • Patent number: 9302804
Abstract: The present invention includes: a label opening unit, which preliminarily opens a tubular label folded in a sheet; a label expansion unit, which expands the preliminarily opened label; a bottle lifting unit having a mounting, on which the bottle is mounted and which can rise and fall; and a bottle pull-up unit, which lifts the bottle while holding with the bottle an upper end portion of the label attached to the bottle. After the bottle lifting unit has lifted the mounting on which the bottle is mounted, thereby inserting the bottle into the label expanded by the label expansion unit, the bottle pull-up unit pulls up the bottle, thereby removing expansion claws from the label and moving the bottle to above clamp members of the label opening unit.

  • Patent number: 9278773
Abstract: A film-fitting device includes a cutting mechanism that cuts a label-forming medium into a predetermined length, a film transfer mechanism that transfers downstream a tubular film arranged around a mandrel, and a shot roller that receives the tubular film transferred by the film transfer mechanism and delivers the tubular film downstream while rotating the tubular film in the circumferential direction. The distance from the cutting mechanism to the shot roller and the distance from the film transfer mechanism to the shot roller are both greater than the length of the tubular film formed by the cutting. Further, rotational drive of the shot roller is carried out by an independent servo motor or stepping motor.

  • Publication number: 20150262892
Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a silicon carbide semiconductor device capable of preventing an increase in a cost of manufacturing one chip while favorably maintaining forward characteristics of the semiconductor device. The present invention includes the steps of: (a) inspecting the characteristics of the forward conduction of body diodes as element structures; (b) classifying the body diode and the body diode as a first group suitable for the forward conduction or a second group unsuitable for the forward conduction on the basis of an inspection result of the step (a); and (c) manufacturing a silicon carbide semiconductor MOSFET that needs the forward conduction using the body diode of the first group or manufacturing a silicon carbide semiconductor MOSFET that does not need the forward conduction using the body diode of the second group.

  • Patent number: 8284300
Abstract: An electronic camera includes an imaging device. The imaging device has an imaging surface irradiated with an optical image of an object scene. A CPU executes an AF process based on output of an AF evaluating circuit to adjust a position of a focus lens to a position to be optically converged on a specific object present in an object scene. Upon completion of the AF process, the CPU detects a distance from a lens distal end to the specific object by referencing a current position of the focus lens, and further detects brightness information of the object scene based on output of an AE/AWB evaluating circuit. Moreover, the CPU adjusts an imaging parameter by determining whether or not an object scene attribute including the detected distance and brightness information satisfies a predetermined condition.
