  • Publication number: 20240117298
Abstract: One or more embodiments of the present invention provide a microbial strain with improved productivity of ?-glutamylcysteine, bis-?-glutamylcystine, ?-glutamylcystine, reduced glutathione, and/or oxidized glutathione. Such microbial strain has disruption of [1] a gene encoding ?-glutamyltransferase and [2] a gene encoding phosphoglycerate mutase and enhanced expression of [3] a gene encoding glutamate-cysteine ligase and/or a gene encoding glutathione synthetase or [4] a gene encoding bifunctional glutathione synthetase. This invention also discloses a method for producing the substances mentioned above via culture of the microbial strain.

  • Patent number: 8248489
Abstract: The image playback device includes an input part that inputs images, an image output part that selects a plurality of images from the input images and sequentially outputs the plurality of images, and an output controlling part that, when an image is additionally input to the input part during output of the images by the image output part. Alternatively, the image playback device includes an image output part, an audio playback part a playback time calculation part, and an output controlling part that plays back the audio by the audio playback part while outputting the images from the image output part in accordance with the time calculated by the playback time calculation part, and when an image is added to the images, the playback time calculation part calculates time for outputting the images and the additional image in accordance with remaining playback time of the audio.

  • Patent number: 7165748
Abstract: A train position detection system which enables train position detection based on a combination of passing information obtained when a train passes over a point at which a ground marker is installed and position information about the ground marker stored in an onboard device. The onboard device, a ground marker receiver and a track digital telegram receiver are mounted on a train. A ground marker that transmits passing information to the onboard device is provided on a track circuit, and a ground device that transmits a track digital telegram containing position information about the ground marker (marker position information) to the onboard device is provided. The onboard device stores the marker position information contained in the track digital telegram, and the position of the train is determined based on the passing information transmitted from the ground marker and the position information about the ground marker stored in the onboard device.

  • Patent number: 7006012
Abstract: In an automatic train stop system in which a track circuit 3 is divided into track circuit sections 1T, 2T and 3T, and a digitized train control information telegram (ATS telegram) 8 is transmitted through the track circuit sections on carriers having different frequencies, a carrier sensor 12 mounted on a train 5 receives a carrier in the track circuit 3 and detects a track circuit boundary 31 by detecting a level change of the carrier, whereby an onboard system grasps the position thereof and controls the train 5 based on the information of the ATS telegram 8.
