    Abstract: A vehicle height adjustment device includes a rear suspension, an electromagnetic valve control unit, and a weight estimation unit. The rear suspension includes a support member. The electromagnetic valve control unit determines a target movement based on an interrelation between the target movement and a weight applied to a vehicle, under which the target movement is set to an upper limit when the weight is larger than a predetermined weight, so that an actual movement of the support member reaches the target movement. The electromagnetic valve control unit determines the target movement based on a temporary weight. The weight estimation unit increases the temporary weight, even when the actual movement reached the target movement. The electromagnetic valve control unit decreases the target length, even when the temporary weight increased. The weight estimation unit estimates as the weight the temporary weight when the actual length has finally reached the target length.

    Abstract: A hydraulic shock absorber includes: a cylinder; a piston rod on which a first piston, a valve, and a second piston are disposed sequentially from one end side; and an oil lock portion that is disposed on the one end side inside the cylinder, and that forms a gap flow path between the oil lock portion and an outer circumferential surface of the first piston. The first piston has a piston internal flow path, and is displaceable in an axial direction of the piston rod. When the piston rod moves toward the one end side, the first piston relatively moves toward the other end side with respect to the piston rod and the other end side of the first piston abuts against the valve, so that due to a flow of working oil passing through the piston internal flow path, the valve bends to generate damping force.

    Abstract: There is provided a variable speed increaser including a planetary gear transmission device which changes the speed of a rotational driving force of the electric driving device and transmits the changed rotation driving force to a driving target, and a rotation rate controller. The electric driving device includes a constant-speed motor having a constant-speed rotor, and a variable-speed motor having a variable-speed rotor and driven in a regenerative mode and in a power mode. A rotation rate of the output shaft varies within an operation range between a maximum rotation rate and a minimum rotation rate. The constant-speed motor has a rated torque which allows the output shaft to have the maximum rotation rate by itself. The rotation rate controller changes the rotation rate of the output shaft rotating within the operation range by driving the variable-speed motor only in the regenerative mode.

The increase current increases the relative position to increase the vehicle height. The maintenance current maintains the relative position to maintain the vehicle height.
