  • Publication number: 20130221486
Abstract: The orientation polarization (positive and negative) of the Si—N bonds and the Si—O bonds is canceled, thereby enabling to minimize the polarization in a capacitive insulating film. As a result, a silicon oxynitride film with a small voltage secondary coefficient is formed, and is applied as a capacitive insulating film for use in a MIM capacitor. Specifically, the refractive index of the silicon oxynitride film satisfies 1.47?n?1.53, for light with a wavelength of 633 nm.

  • Publication number: 20130226530
Abstract: Generation of a mesh model that can be analyzed with sufficient analysis accuracy for result evaluation and within a minimum possible calculation time even if a user does not grasp a tradeoff relation between analysis accuracy and analysis time due to mesh size is made possible. Abstract: Disclosed is a gas turbine combustor for stably burning low-BTU gases, such as blast furnace gases, that are heavily laden with CO2. The gas turbine combustor includes a double-swirling burner with an inner swirler and an outer swirler, the burner having a configuration with gas fuel injection holes and air injection holes arranged at alternate positions in the inner swirler and with gas injection holes arranged in the outer swirler. In addition, fuel injection holes for enhancing flame stability are provided at positions radially inward of the inner swirler. An inner flame by the inner swirler and an outer flame by the outer swirler interact with each other to stably burn the low-BTU gas. • Publication number: 20130227262
Abstract: An authentication OS is booted from the BIOS at the power up of an information processing apparatus then executes user authentication for the information processing apparatus, by performing an authentication process using devices initialized in its own mode. When the authentication is successful, the authentication OS writes a decryption key for an operation OS in a shared memory area and reboots the BIOS, while keeping the data in the shared memory area. The BIOS retrieves the operation OS decrypted with the decryption key for the operation OS into an OS operation area, thereafter the operation OS runs in a main memory.

  • Publication number: 20130222941
Abstract: In a magnetic head of a high-frequency magnetic field assisted recording system, a width of a high-frequency magnetic field from an oscillator is decreased to enhance an oscillation frequency, in order to realize a high-density recording. An oscillator provided near a main pole, which generates a recording magnetic field, for generating a high-frequency magnetic field is patterned by a conventional photolithography, and then, an oxidation, nitridation, or oxynitridation is performed on the side face in a track width direction. With this process, an oxide layer, a nitride layer, or an oxynitride layer, which is made of a material of the oscillator, is formed on the side face of the oscillator in the track width direction, and the shape of the oscillator is formed to be semi-circular.

  • Publication number: 20130223339
Abstract: The number of required GWs is reduced to suppress the number of facilities by storing MS information on an M2M connection in an external device, and cooperating with the GWs such as mobile GWs in a mobile system in which the M2M connection and a connection other than the M2M connection are mixed together. When an MS migrates to an idle state, the MS stores the MS information in the external device once, and deletes information from an ASN-GW. When the MS migrates from the idle state to an active state, the ASN-GW again draws the MS information from the external device, and again stores the MS information within the device, to thereby enable a communication. If a resource of the active state is short within the device, a migration from the idle state to the active state is enabled with the use of another ASN-GW.
