Light from the lighting source is projected to different predetermined areas by adjusting positions of the optical element relative to the lighting source. In each of the positions of the optical element, the light from the lighting source is modulated by a corresponding portion of the optical element to be projected to a corresponding predetermined area.

    Abstract: A coupler-resonator for electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy in subjects has a wire loop formed into a coupling loop, a central transmission portion, and sensor loops. The sensor loops hold EPR sensor materials and are coated with biocompatible plastic. The coupler-resonator is implanted in a subject, the subject in a nonuniform magnetic field with a pickup coil for RF response measurement apparatus near the subject's skin and inductively coupled to the coupling loop. Resonances are measured at multiple sensor loops distinguished by sweeping magnetic field or radio frequency. A biopsy sampler has an outer needle with sensor loop and a central sampling needle with cavity for biopsy samples and EPR sensor material. A device for EPR of fingernails has sensor loops in a partial glove for holding loops next to fingertips. A device for EPR of teeth has sensor loops in plastic chips that can be held between the teeth.

    Abstract: Rotation device is configured at the bottom of the body of a diaper changer so that the diaper changer is capable of rotating horizontally relative to the playard frame via the rotation device when mounting thereon. The rotation device includes a rotator and a supporter where the rotator connects to the body and mounts on the supporter for allowing the body to rotate relative to the supporter. The supporter is further configured at one side of the playard frame. The body can also be rotatably mounted on the playard frame by mounted the rotator directly into a shafting hole on the playard frame. With the rotation device, the diaper changer can be selectively set in a first using status for changing a baby's diaper or a second using status for allowing a babysitter for easy holding the baby up.

    Abstract: A control unit is slidably mounted on a top corner of a playard and connected to the slider inside the seat through a linking unit passing through a standing post of the playard. When the control unit pulls the slider to move relative to the seat along a first direction, a braking pin slides relative to the seat along a second direction and disengages from the hub to release a wheel. When the control unit is pushed to lock the wheel, the bias force from springs moves the slider and the braking pin to slide along the opposite direction, leading the braking pin to engage with the hub to brake the wheel. The wheel can be operated to brake or release by a remote control unit.

Another embodiment is directed to a method of enabling a prepaid hybrid subscriber to make a call using a private cellular system while outside of a coverage area associated with the private cellular system.
