Abstract: An electronic apparatus includes a mainframe with a keyboard embedded therein, a mounting frame pivotally connected with the mainframe, a display screen mounted in the mounting frame, a lighting source disposed on the mounting frame, and an optical element cooperating with the lighting source and slideably mounted on the mounting frame. Light from the lighting source is projected to different predetermined areas by adjusting positions of the optical element relative to the lighting source. In each of the positions of the optical element, the light from the lighting source is modulated by a corresponding portion of the optical element to be projected to a corresponding predetermined area.

Abstract: An integrated circuit package component with lateral conductive pins includes a package body having a middle conductive pin, an initial conductive pin and a final conductive pin. The middle conductive pin, the initial conductive pin and the final conductive pin are all disposed on a lateral side of the package body and respectively have a first soldering portion, a second soldering portion, and a third soldering portion, in which the middle conductive pin is arranged between the initial conductive pin and the final conductive pin, and an area of the middle conductive pin is smaller than that of the second soldering portion area and the third soldering portion in size.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an integrated circuit package component with ball conducting joints, includes a substrate and a plurality of solder joints. The solder joints are installed on one surface of the substrate. The solder joints are arranged to form a concentric array having a first zone and a second zone, the second zone encircles the first zone. The soldering area of any solder joint in the first zone of the concentric array is smaller than that of any solder joint in the second zone of the concentric array.

Abstract: A handle device for an infant car seat includes a handle member and a pad. The handle member has two ends coupled respectively to two opposite sides of the infant car seat, and an inner surface formed with a positioning groove. The pad is disposed within the positioning groove in the handle member, and has a coupling face confronting the inner surface of the handle member, and a soft contact face opposite to the coupling face.

Abstract: An LED lamp includes an envelope, two covers, a mounting board and a plurality of LEDs. The covers engages with opposite ends of the envelope. Each of the covers has an electrically conductive part. The mounting board is received in the envelope. Two ends of the mounting board electrically connect with the electrically conductive parts of the two covers, respectively. The LEDs are disposed on the mounting board and received in the envelope.

Abstract: A play yard includes a first frame unit and a bassinet-supporting second frame unit. The first frame unit includes a plurality of spaced-apart upright rods, a plurality of corner couplers that are provided respectively on the upright rods, and a plurality of side rods, each interconnecting a pair of the corner couplers. The second frame unit includes a plurality of connecting rods, each having a supporting segment and a pair of bent end segments that are connected respectively to longitudinally opposite ends of the supporting segment, and that are connected movably and respectively to a pair of the corner couplers, such that each of the connecting rods is selectively positioned relative to the first frame unit at a lower position and a higher position located above the lower position.

Abstract: A coupler-resonator for electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy in subjects has a wire loop formed into a coupling loop, a central transmission portion, and sensor loops. The sensor loops hold EPR sensor materials and are coated with biocompatible plastic. The coupler-resonator is implanted in a subject, the subject in a nonuniform magnetic field with a pickup coil for RF response measurement apparatus near the subject's skin and inductively coupled to the coupling loop. Resonances are measured at multiple sensor loops distinguished by sweeping magnetic field or radio frequency. A biopsy sampler has an outer needle with sensor loop and a central sampling needle with cavity for biopsy samples and EPR sensor material. A device for EPR of fingernails has sensor loops in a partial glove for holding loops next to fingertips. A device for EPR of teeth has sensor loops in plastic chips that can be held between the teeth.

Abstract: Rotation device is configured at the bottom of the body of a diaper changer so that the diaper changer is capable of rotating horizontally relative to the playard frame via the rotation device when mounting thereon. The rotation device includes a rotator and a supporter where the rotator connects to the body and mounts on the supporter for allowing the body to rotate relative to the supporter. The supporter is further configured at one side of the playard frame. The body can also be rotatably mounted on the playard frame by mounted the rotator directly into a shafting hole on the playard frame. With the rotation device, the diaper changer can be selectively set in a first using status for changing a baby's diaper or a second using status for allowing a babysitter for easy holding the baby up.

Abstract: A control unit is slidably mounted on a top corner of a playard and connected to the slider inside the seat through a linking unit passing through a standing post of the playard. When the control unit pulls the slider to move relative to the seat along a first direction, a braking pin slides relative to the seat along a second direction and disengages from the hub to release a wheel. When the control unit is pushed to lock the wheel, the bias force from springs moves the slider and the braking pin to slide along the opposite direction, leading the braking pin to engage with the hub to brake the wheel. The wheel can be operated to brake or release by a remote control unit.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a private cellular system provides private cellular service and public cellular service using licensed frequency spectrum associated with a public land mobile network (PLMN). The system is configured to have a predetermined phone number that a subscriber who is using the public cellular service via the private cellular system and who is not registered to use the private cellular service provided by the system can call in order to register to use the private cellular service provided by the system and, in response thereto, the system captures a subscriber identity number associated with the subscriber and assigns a private telephone number to the subscriber that is used in connection with providing private cellular service. Another embodiment is directed to a method of enabling a prepaid hybrid subscriber to make a call using a private cellular system while outside of a coverage area associated with the private cellular system.
