  • Publication number: 20090231997
Abstract: A method and mobile electronic device are provided that display, for a user, a packet switched congestion status of a wireless communication network that is useful for estimating a network quality of service. The method includes transmitting a packet switched congestion status inquiry message from the mobile electronic device to a first network element in the wireless communication network. A reply message received from the first network element in response to the packet switched congestion status inquiry message is then processed. The reply message includes transmission delay information obtained from a device transmission delay between the first network element and the mobile electronic device and a network transmission delay between the first network element and at least one packet switched support node. The packet switched congestion status is then determined based on the transmission delay information. Finally, the packet switched congestion status is displayed on the mobile electronic device.

  • Patent number: 7543342
Abstract: In a playard, the bassinet has adjustors with one ends connecting to a first side of the bassinet body and the other ends to a second side of the bassinet body. The adjustors extend from the first side toward and cross a first side rail of the frame body, reaching to the bottom panel of the frame body and into the frame body, and connecting to the second side of the bassinet body. The playard includes two retainers, each mounting on the second side rail of the frame body. Pulling the adjustors brings the first side and the second side of the bassinet body to move up or down by the same distance. The bassinet can therefore maintain horizontal and be adjusted to an arbitrary height during height adjusting.

  • Publication number: 20090049604
Abstract: At least one foldable opaque shade device is disposed adjacent to an upright post of a playard that can block lights from coming into the playard and provide a comfortable environment for a baby/toddler inside. The at least one shade device is capable of selectively setting in a folding status or an unfolding status. When the at least one shade device is set to the folding status, it is folded adjacent to the standing post at one side of the playard via a rotary axle or other type of folding mechanism. The at least one shade device can be unfolded from the standing post(s), and the lateral surface of the playard between the two standing posts is fully covered by the shade device.

  • Publication number: 20090039608
Abstract: A control unit is slidably mounted on a top corner of a playard and connected to the slider inside the seat through a linking unit passing through a standing post of the playard. When the control unit pulls the slider to move relative to the seat along a first direction, a braking pin slides relative to the seat along a second direction and disengages from the hub to release a wheel. When the control unit is pushed to lock the wheel, the bias force from springs moves the slider and the braking pin to slide along the opposite direction, leading the braking pin to engage with the hub to brake the wheel. The wheel can be operated to brake or release by a remote control unit.

  • Publication number: 20080270399
Abstract: A system for parallel flow-awared pattern matching and a method thereof for performing distributed detection for incoming flows are provided. The system includes a pattern-set-partitioner for partitioning a pattern set for pattern matching into a number of pattern subsets in advance, a plurality of pattern matching engines, and a scheduler. The pattern matching engines each perform pattern matching for the incoming flows. The scheduler selects a number of pattern matching engines equal to the number of the partitioned pattern subsets from all the pattern matching engines and allocates pattern matching tasks, each performing flow matching against one pattern subset, to the selected pattern matching engines. With the system and method of the present invention, distributed detection can be performed by partitioning rules/pattern set to realize load-balancing parallel flow-awared pattern matching.

  • Patent number: 7443885
Abstract: A device that supports a plurality n of message objects, including a plurality of registers associated with each message object, including at least one object match ID register that contains a multi-bit object match ID field, and at least one object mask register that contains a multi-bit object mask field; and, a CAN/CAL module that processes incoming messages. The CAN/CAL module assembles a multi-bit screener ID from selected bits of each incoming message to be acceptance filtered, compares the bits comprising the screener ID with corresponding bits of the object match ID field associated with each of at least designated ones of the message objects, disregarding any bits of each object match ID field that are masked by corresponding bits of the associated object mask field, and then determines whether any of the comparisons results in a match.
