The make up brush comprises a body 11 in and out of which a brush 12 is taken; a middle cap 13 that is joined to the top end of said body 11 and in which a pair of latch protrusions 15 are formed opposedly at the inner rim of the top end; a powder cartridge 16 that is provided with guide slots 18 formed around both sides of the bottom, insert slots 19 formed at the point halfway between both guide slots 18 so that said latch protrusions 15 of the middle cap 13 advance along the guide slots 18, a plurality of support jaws 20 formed in the guide slots 18 so that the latch protrusions 15 advancing along the guide slots 18 can move step by step, and a stepped portion 21 formed in the guide slots 18 so as to obstruct the movement of the latch protrusions 15, and in which a slope 23 is formed at the top end of the opening portion thereof; and a cover 24 that is joined to the opening of said powder cartridge 16.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an apparatus for sealing a water pump bearing in which the bearing comprises a plurality of rolling elements arranged between an inner race and an outer race, a retainer for maintaining a prescribed space between each rolling element, and a seal coupled to a tip end of an opening in the space formed between the inner race and the outer race. The seal comprises a first seal equipped with a first reinforcing frame that is inserted into an inner axial section of bearing, and a second seal equipped with a second reinforcing frame that is inserted into an outer axial section of the bearing for coupling with the first seal.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a cosmetic case formed in a structure of two layers between which is printed a pattern including the logo for a beautiful appearance. The method of manufacturing a cosmetic case comprises the steps of: manufacturing a case core 10 by injecting plastics; forming a pattern 20 on the surface of the case core 10; adding a small amount of hardener and antifoaming agent to Formica stock solution and diluting them; manufacturing a case 40 by hardening and drying after forming a Formica layer 30 on the surface of the case by fixing the case core 10 in the mold and injecting Formica dilute solution; cutting a surface of the case 40; and glossing the surface of the case 40.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a structure of a delta-sigma fractional type divider. The divider structure adds an external input value and an output value of a delta-sigma modulator to modulate a value of a swallow counter. Therefore, the present invention can provide a delta-sigma fractional type divider the structure is simple and that can obtain an effect of a structure of a delta sigma mode while having a wide-band frequency mixing capability.

Abstract: A grip for a makeup brush having the grip, hair and a combining unit includes a synthetic resin core inside and a brilliant transparent resin layer on an outer surface of the core, and manufactured through the steps of molding a core by pouring core melt containing resin and pigment into a core mold and removing the core mold after coagulation; molding a grip by pouring transparent resin melt into a grip mold with the molded core fixed at the center of the grip mold and removing the grip mold after coagulation; cutting an outer surface of the molded grip smooth and cutting an end of the grip, which is combined with a combining unit, to have a rough surface with a reduced diameter by a lathe; and polishing the outer surface of the cut grip by using a sandpaper. This grip has better appearance and improved durability.

Abstract: A powder case comprises a lower case for receiving powder, with a first connector, and an upper case including a second connector to be coupled with the first connector, and a downwardly extending a cylindrical housing with a ledge for engaging a flange of a slider of a brush, and an array of apertures at its bottom. As the end of the brush is inserted into the housing the flange of the slider 23 engages the ledge so that the brush fur is exposed to the powder through the apertures. The connectors may include complementary threads or cleats which engage to secure to upper and lower cases.

Abstract: The present invention relates to halogen-free flameproof thermopolastic molding compounds which comprise an aromatic polycarbonate, a styrene-containing copolymer, a styrene-containing graft polymer, a phosphorus compound, a silicon compound, and a tetrafluoroethylene polymer. It has been found that the use of a specific type of silicon compound leads to a polymer mixture having improved stress crack resistance and impact properties. The silicon compound is represented as the following Formula (I). in which n and m have a value of from 5 to 8, and x and y have a value of from 1 to 5.

Abstract: A device and method for adjusting the reproduction speed of a CD-ROM drive according to variations of a supply voltage. The supply voltage is compared with a predetermined reference voltage. If the supply voltage is lower than the reference voltage, the rotating speed of the spindle motor is lowered to a corresponding speed. Therefore, the error correcting capability of the DSP is maintained and the reliability of a product increases.

Abstract: A method of driving a CD-ROM drive is provided which includes the steps of setting an initial driving speed of a disk to a predetermined N.times. speed, and measuring a length of time t required for generating a correction error signal (CES) of a digital signal processor (DSP) while playing the disk at the predetermined N.times. speed. If it is determined that the measured CES generation time t is smaller than a first reference time t.sub.1, then the disk is played at N.times. speed. If it is determined that the CES generation time t is equal to or greater than the first reference time t.sub.1, and smaller than a second reference time t.sub.2, the disk is played at (N-2).times.speed. If it is determined that the CES generation time t is equal to or greater than an (n-1)th reference time t.sub.n-1 and smaller than an nth reference time t.sub.n after the algorithm is sequentially repeated for all reference times between t.sub.1 and t.sub.n, the disk is played at 2.times. speed.
