    Abstract: A single feed-in dual-band antenna structure includes a first radiation unit, a basal plate and a plurality of matching components. The basal plate includes a front side, a back side and an edge side. A first ground unit, a signal feed-in unit, a second radiation unit and an electrode part are arranged on the front side. A third radiation unit is arranged on the edge side. A second ground unit is arranged on the back side of the basal plate. The first radiation unit is electrically connected to the electrode part. The first radiation unit is adjusted to control the 2.45 GHZ frequency range impedance, resonant frequency, bandwidth and radiation effect. The third radiation unit frequency wave length controls the 5 GHZ frequency range to achieve the predetermined target impedance, resonant frequency, bandwidth and radiation efficiency. The antenna size can be reduced effectively.

    Abstract: Provided herein are compositions and methods of integrating one or more exogenous donor nucleic acids into one or more exogenous landing pads engineered into a host cell's genome. In certain embodiments, the exogenous landing pads and exogenous donor nucleic acids comprise standardized, compatible homology regions so that exogenous donor nucleic acids can integrate into any of the landing pads, independent of the genomic sequences surrounding the landing pads. In certain embodiments, the methods comprise contacting the host cell comprising landing pads with one or more exogenous donor nucleic acids, and a nuclease capable of causing a double-strand break within the landing pads, and recovering a host cell comprising one or more exogenous donor nucleic acids integrated in any of the landing pads.

A computer-implemented method comprises extracting a plurality of tuples from one or more data streams. The method further comprises generating a graph for the plurality of tuples in which a node represents a tuple of the plurality of tuples and an edge represents a correlation between the node and another node, and the edge is generated based at least partly on one or more predetermined queries for the one or more data streams. The method further comprises traversing the graph based on the one or more predetermined queries. Accordingly, embodiments of the present disclosure can improve the search speed by use of the graph-based searching for one or more data streams.

According to the frequency wave length (1?, ½?, ¼? or ??) formed by the first-radiation unit and the second-radiation unit cooperating with each other, controlling 88 MHZ-60 GHZ frequency range achieves the predetermined target impedance, resonant frequency, bandwidth and radiation efficiency. The antenna radiation efficiency can be increased effectively.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing chip signal elements includes steps as follows. A substrate is provided. A plurality of through holes is drilled, and a plurality of side holes is formed along the through holes. A first cooper-plating process is performed to form a plurality of conductive layers electrically connected to the upper and the lower metal layer. A second cooper-plating process is performed to increase thickness of the conductive layers. A first and a second pattern layers are formed on the substrate by an etching. The first pattern layer is electrically connected to the second pattern layer to form a spiral radiator. An ink is printed on the substrate to cover the spiral radiator and form a solder mask layer. An organic metal process and a plating process are performed to form terminal electrodes. Finally, a single chip signal element having a spiral radiator is formed.

    Abstract: An electrospray atomizing device that sprays at a constant rate comprises a main unit containing a circuit board, an electrode plate, liquid tanks and syringes. The electrode plate includes the sealed liquid tanks and the syringes, and the circuit board connects electric current to the electrode plate and the syringes. The present invention further includes a power mechanism and a dosing device. The power mechanism drives a screw to ascend or descend, pushing the pistons of the dosing device through a speed changer. The syringes are connected with the liquid tanks. When the pistons are linked by the power mechanism and the speed changer to ascend, the liquid in the liquid tanks is sprayed at a constant rate through the syringes, forming mist which carries negative ions. When the pistons descend, the ambient liquid is sucked into the liquid tanks through the syringes, waiting for a next electrospray.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a hybrid spin-transfer torque (STT) and spin-bit torque (SOT) magnetic random access memory (MRAM). The cells of the hybrid STT-SOT MRAM has magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJs) with some ferromagnetic multilayers whose magnetization is oriented perpendicular to the plane of the substrate and some ferromagnetic multilayers whose magnetization is aligned within the plane of the substrate. The architecture results in high density memory. The hybrid STT-SOT MRAM lowers the programming current density while having a high switching speed higher thermal stability.

An integrated circuit (IC) design is obtained, wherein the IC is operated in a plurality of operating modes. A plurality of extracted timing models (ETMs) are respectively generated according to the operating modes of the IC design, wherein each of the ETMs includes a none on-chip variation (NOCV) part and an on-chip variation (OCV) part. The ETMs corresponding to the operating modes are integrated into a NOCV ETM and an OCV ETM, wherein the OCV part of the operating modes is not considered when the NOCV ETM is generated. And, a timing checking of the IC design is analyzed according to the NOCV ETM and the OCV ETM.
