Each of the plurality of rounds of training includes: transmitting a current global model to at least some devices in the plurality of devices; receiving trained parameters for the current global model from the at least some devices; performing an aggregation on the received parameters to obtain a current aggregation model; and adjusting the current aggregation model based on a globally shared dataset, and updating the adjusted aggregation model as a new current global model for a next round of training.

A welding process damage and fatigue life assessment model is established on the mesoscopic scale. The effect of microscopic characterizations of materials on the welding process performance, as well as on the fatigue damage and life of welded joints, can be studied from the mesoscopic point of view. The relationship between the welding process and the evolution of the material performance can be determined by the macro-mesoscopic coupling calculation model to further determine the effect and degree of welding processes on the fatigue damage and life of materials.

By completely cover the coil with the first heat dissipating layer in the present disclosure, the first heat dissipating layer possesses excellent heat radiation, effectively improving the heat dissipation of the coil. The thickness of the first heat dissipating layer is controllable. Therefore, an effective and highly stable heat dissipating performance can be provided without increasing the thickness and cost of the wireless charging module.

The performance of the sealing structure improves hermeticity of products, reduces quality risks, and ensures pressure-resistance installation and anti-weathering performance that extends service life.

    Abstract: A novel classification strategy is described for forecasting clinical outcomes of Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma using targeted RNA sequencing combined with machine learning algorithms. The novel method classifies subjects with DLBCL into subgroups based on the clinical course of their disease and expected survival, rather than on Cell of Origin. To focus on survival, the methods first deploy machine learning and divide the subjects into subgroups based on their overall survival. A modified Bayesian classifier is then used to select genes that can forecast various survival groups, followed by validation of these biomarkers using an independent set of clinical cases. This novel approach for stratifying subjects with DLBCL based on the clinical outcome of rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone (R-CHOP) chemotherapy can be used to select high responders and low responders to R-CHOP. Low responders may be offered additional or alternative therapies to improve their survival.
