    Abstract: The present invention discloses a co-aperture broadband infrared optical system, belonging to the field of infrared optical system. The system realizes long wave infrared (LWIR) imaging and broadband infrared spectrum measurement, and solves the problems of limited optical path layout, large volume and high cost of an optical system. The present invention includes a Cassegrain lens, a spectroscope, a reflector, several lens groups, an FPA interface and an optical fiber interface. Light (2 ?m˜12 ?m) is incident to the Cassegrain lens to be focused, then is split by the spectroscope, where 50% of the LWIR light (8 ?m˜10 ?m) passes through the lens group for aberration correction, and the image plane is focused again at the imaging interface. The other 50% of the LWIR light (8 ?m˜10 ?m) and the infrared reflected light (2 ?m˜8 ?m and 10 ?m˜12 ?m) pass through the lens group, and are reflected by the reflector, then focused at the optical fiber interface.

The process includes: providing an anode comprising a dielectric thereon; applying a first layer of an intrinsically conducting polymer on the dielectric to form a capacitor precursor; applying at least one subsequent layer of an intrinsically conducting polymer on the first layer from a dispersion; and treating the capacitor precursor at a temperature of at least 50° C. no more than 200° C. at a relative humidity of at least 25% up to 100%, or fusing the layered structure by swelling the layered structure with a liquid and at least partially removing the liquid.

    Abstract: A method for improving excavating operation characteristic and grading operation characteristic of an excavator is disclosed. A hydraulically controlled selector valve is added in a boom confluence control circuit of a hydraulic excavator, and a solenoid valve group is added in the boom confluence control circuit and the bucket/stick confluence control circuit. A controller sends a control signal to switch the solenoid valve group between a disconnected mode and a connected mode. The controller may send out a signal to disconnect the solenoid valve group, to restore a valve spool to a middle position, to restore a boom lifting confluence circuit, and to disconnect a bucket/stick swinging confluence circuit to perform a standard excavation mode. The controller may send out a signal to connect the solenoid valve group to disconnect a boom lifting confluence circuit and to increase a bucket/stick swinging confluence circuit to achieve a grading operation mode.

    Abstract: Processes and compositions are described for preparing new, colloidally stable, coated nanomagnetic particles useful for both in-vitro and in-vivo biomedical applications, including cell targeting and capturing cells, microorganisms, and cellular organelles or entities such as exosomes. These nanomagnetic particles can also be used as imaging contrast agents due to their small size and high magnetic moment. The nanomagnetic particles include a series of sequentially added, stabilizing surface coatings rendered onto nano-sized magnetic crystal clusters (e.g., magnetite particles) to impart colloidal stability in complex biological samples with minimal leaching of the coating materials, high binding capacity, and low non-specific binding. Another benefit of this invention is the ability to utilize both external and internal magnetic field-generating separation devices to effect separation of the magnetic nanoparticles.

    Abstract: We disclose a method of applying a sculptured layer of material on a semiconductor feature surface using ion deposition sputtering, wherein a surface onto which the sculptured layer is applied is protected to resist erosion and contamination by impacting ions of a depositing layer. A first protective layer of material is deposited on a substrate surface using traditional sputtering or ion deposition sputtering, in combination with sufficiently low substrate bias that a surface onto which the layer is applied is not eroded away or contaminated during deposition of the protective layer. Subsequently, a sculptured second layer of material is applied using ion deposition sputtering at an increased substrate bias, to sculpture a shape from a portion of the first protective layer of material and the second layer of depositing material. The method is particularly applicable to the sculpturing of barrier layers, wetting layers, and conductive layers upon semiconductor feature surfaces.
