The processor may measure a first posture score of the user while the user is performing the first exercise program. The processor may compare the first posture score to a posture boundary value. The processor may set a personal exercise intensity range of the user based on a result of the comparing. The processor may provide a second exercise program of a second exercise period according to the personal exercise intensity range.
