Forming the anode may include forming a first metal oxide material on the substrate, forming a metal layer over the first metal oxide material, forming a protective barrier over the metal layer, and forming a second metal oxide material over the amorphous protection material. The protective barrier may be an amorphous protection material overlying the metal layer.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to exclusion rings for use in processing a semiconductor substrate in a processing chamber, such as a chemical vapor deposition chamber. The exclusion ring includes an alignment structure that cooperates with an alignment structure on a platen on which the exclusion ring will rest during processing of the wafer. The first alignment structure includes a guiding surface which promotes the reception of and positioning of the second alignment structure within the first alignment structure. Methods of utilizing the described exclusion rings are also described.

The look-up table records values related to a modulus, and selects one of the values as a look-up table output value according to the sum value. The modular multiplication circuit updates the sum value and the carry value in a recursive manner by using m different bits of the second operation value B.

Abstract: A recognition system and an image augmentation and training method thereof are provided. The image augmentation and training method of a recognition system includes the following steps. A plurality of image frames are obtained, wherein each of the image frames includes an object pattern. A plurality of environmental patterns are obtained. The object pattern is separated from each of the image frames. A plurality of image parameters are set. The image frames, based on the object patterns and the environmental patterns, are augmented according to the image parameters to increase the number of the image frames. A recognition model is trained using the image frames.

The sub-pixel includes an anode, overhang structures, separation structures, an organic light emitting diode (OLED) material, and a cathode. The overhang structures include a second structure disposed over the first structure and an intermediate structure disposed between the second structure and the first structure. The focus lens unit is disposed proximate to the output surface, and is configured to shift a focus of a combined light contributed to the combined image. The variable focus lens is disposed distal from the output surface, and is configured to continuously shift the focus of the combined light that is being focused by the focus lens unit.

In one novel aspect, for a derived QoS rule, when a DL packet carries multiple C-TAGs or S-TAGs, the UE derives packet filter component of the QoS rule derived from the outermost C-TAG and/or the outermost S-TAG of the DL packet. In another novel aspect, when evaluating a data packet carrying multiple C-TAGs or S-TAGs, the UE/NW evaluates the outermost C-TAG and/or the outermost S-TAG of the data packet, the UE/NW then send the data packet on the corresponding QoS rule of the matched packet filter.

Abstract: A method of NAS signaling connection handling when a UE initiates a de-registration or detach procedure to perform network selection is proposed. To allow the UE to perform PLMN selection, the UE needs to be in idle mode. Upon the completion of a UE-initiated de-registration or detach procedure, the UE starts a guard timer, e.g., T3540/T3440. In one example, the UE starts a guard timer upon receiving a de-registration accept message. In another example, the UE starts a guard timer upon receiving a detach accept message. The UE will locally release any NAS signaling connection upon the guard timer expiry so that the UE can enter idle mode and perform PLMN selection.

The third path comprising a second adjustable delay circuit is configured to receive a second input signal to generate a third clock signal. The quadrature phase detector is configured to detect phases of these clock signals to generate control signals to control the first adjustable delay circuit and the second adjustable delay circuit.
