    Abstract: A vehicle emergency brake light control system includes a control box installed in a car and electrically connected to the ABS (Anti-lock braking system), a car battery power supply, a throttle valve, a brake light, a third brake light and an emergency brake light of the car such that when the driver of the motor vehicle suddenly steps on the brake pedal to drive on the ABS, the control box is induced by a signal from the ABS to drive the brake light, the third brake light and the emergency brake light to flash; when the ABS is released and the vehicle driver steps on the accelerator pedal of the car to move the car again, the throttle valve gives a signal to the control box, causing the control box to turn off the brake light, the third brake light and the emergency brake light.

    Abstract: A high power LED color bulb with infrared remote function has a reflector having front and rear openings and a light guide hole, a light guide bar received inside light guide hole, an LED module with LED chips and a bulb cover with a controlling circuit board. The LED module is mounted on a rear end of the reflector with the LED chips inside the reflector. The controlling circuit board is inside the bulb cover, is connected electronically to the LED module and has an infrared sensor aligned with the light guide bar of the reflector. When an infrared signal comes through the front opening of the reflector, the infrared signal passes through the light guide bar and is received by the infrared sensor. Since the infrared sensor is behind the reflector and the LED chips, the infrared sensor avoids overheating from heat produced by the LED chips and does not have to be replaced simultaneously with the color bulb.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for etching probe cards are described. In particular, a fixture device is used in facilitating an electrical charge to the base of probe card needles during etching of the probe card needles. The fixture device includes an electrically conductive base having an electrically conductive rod and a plurality of electrically conductive pins extending from the base. The electrically conductive rod receives negative voltage from a power supply to transmit electricity through the base and through the plurality of pins. A probe card is placed in proximity to the fixture device such that the needles of the probe card come in contact with the plurality of pins. An etching brush connected to a positive voltage source of the power supply is then used to etch the probe card needles, thereby completing the circuit. Related systems and methods for performing plating operations on probe cards are also described.

Ground terminal encircles the region of the I/O pins and power terminals are provided on the substrate. The I/O terminals can have a constant pitch array or a varying pitch array. The probe card can be used for a family of integrated circuit devices. A method to test flip chip, integrated circuits using a universal probe card has also been disclosed to reduce probe card proliferation and fabrication cost.

In a preferred embodiment, the body is formed of two body members hinged together to substantially fully enclose a roll of adhesive coated sheet material when snapped closed, and when snapped open, to form a continuous handle-like portion. The roll is slit at one end, which when a full turn of depleted material is peeled back, will allow the slit to align with a sharp, molded-in edge of one of the body members to facilitate tearing off the depleted material, starting at the slit. This also facilitates folding the free end to a double thickness for later easy peel back of the next turn.
