    Abstract: The present invention discloses active blue light leakage preventing LED structures. Each of the structure includes a circuit board, at least one blue light LED die, a photo detector/thermal sensor and a wavelength transformation layer, wherein the electric circuit on the circuit board receives detection signal from the photo detector/thermal sensor and turns off the said blue light LED die accordingly. With the implementation of the present invention, the active blue light leakage preventing LED structure turns off the blue light LED die when it reaches its usage life span limit thus avoiding damage to human from the massive release of blue light.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the system includes a mold, a detection device, a resin-supplying source, and a computing device. The mold includes an upper mold and a lower mold forming a mold cavity. The resin-supplying source is configured to input a molding resin into a preform in the mold cavity. The detection device is configured to detect a flow front of the molding resin at a first position and a second position in the mold cavity. The computing device is configured to calculate a flowing property of the molding resin into the preform based on the first position, the second position, a travelling time of the flow front from the first position to the second position, and a pressure difference driving the flow front to travel from the first position to the second position.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a laser stimulated white light lighting system, it includes a hemispherical reflector, a light-permeable board, a wavelength conversion layer, a reflective layer and plural heat-radiating structures, wherein the laser light emitted by a laser light source passes through a first light entrance hole of the hemispherical reflector and subsequently through the wavelength conversion layer to produce white light. With the implementation of the present invention, complex production process or equipment is not required thus reduce the system cost, the lighting system is capable of accurately outputting white light and promoting photon recycling effect to raise illumination efficiency. With the addition of a second light entrance hole, wavelength-division or angular division multiplexing can be carried out to raise the intensity of the output white light without increasing the etendue of the source light, thereby widening the range of application of the lighting system.

The testing system includes an arc-shaped brace which has an extended object holder; and a rail base which has a first rail. The imaging system, set at a side of the testing system, includes a screen and an image catcher. With the implementation of the present invention, the rail base is able to rotate or move an object to a test angle with very little light blocking of measurements. Besides, with the first rail supporting the object, the incident angle of the light of a light source to the object remains unchanged when the measuring angle of the imaging system is changed. Thus ensure the accuracy of measurements of the optic distribution meter.

Thanks to the hue changing property of the thermosensitive material, the LED structure can reduce the intensity of its short-wavelength light component and its overall brightness significantly before reaching the L70 threshold, after passing which the LED structure will emit excessive blue light. Thus, the user is protected from overexposure to blue light and will be reminded to replace the LED structure when the LED structure is about to malfunction.
