  • Publication number: 20200205282
Abstract: A lens module includes a circuit board, a photosensitive chip, a mounting bracket, a filter, a lens base, and a lens. The circuit board defines a first through hole. The photosensitive chip is mounted within the first through hole. Gold fingers are mounted on the circuit board surrounding the photosensitive chip. Metal wires are mounted on a periphery of the photosensitive chip. Each of the metal wires is coupled to a corresponding one of the gold fingers. The metal wires are encapsulated by a colloid so that the metal wires do not contact each other. The mounting bracket is mounted on the circuit board. The filter is mounted on the mounting bracket and aligned with the photosensitive chip. The lens base is mounted on the mounting bracket. The lens is mounted within the lens base and aligned with the photosensitive chip.

  • Publication number: 20200142903
Abstract: There is disclosed techniques for managing lost writes in file systems. In one embodiment, the techniques detect a virtual block map (VBM) lost write in a deduplication-enabled file system. The VBM lost write resulting in a first VBM being re-allocated such that a first and a second multi-block segment point to the first VBM but the first VBM points to the first segment and not the second segment. The techniques also rebuild a second VBM that points to the second segment. The techniques also determine if a mapping pointer (MP) is a deduplication MP or a non-deduplication MP. The techniques also determine whether to connect the MP to the first VBM or the second VBM.

  • Publication number: 20190381649
Abstract: An electric tool (20) allowing an external battery pack (26) to detachably connect thereto is disclosed. The electric tool (20) includes a housing and a motor (22) installed in the housing, and in addition the electric tool (20) includes a supporting part fixedly coupled to the housing; and a terminal holder (38). The terminal holder (38) is adapted to contact with terminals on an external battery pack (26) in order to form a consistent electrical connection. The terminal holder (38) is confined by the supporting member (56,58) and in the meantime adapted to move relative to the supporting part. The terminal holder (38) has a hollow shape and is adapted to contact with the support member (56,58) at an exterior surface of the terminal holder (38). As the terminal holder (38) is tightly fitted with the battery pack (26) but at the same time loosely fitted with the tool housing, chances of generating sparks or electric arc between the metal terminals can be minimized.

  • Publication number: 20190277904
Abstract: Fault detection, isolation and restoration systems for electric power systems using “smart switch” points that autonomously coordinate operations to minimize the number of customers affected by outages and their durations, without relying on communications with a central controller or between the smart switch points. Each smart recloser can be individually programmed to operate as a tie-switch, a Type-A (normal or default type) sectionalizer, or a Type-B (special type) sectionalizer. The Type-A recloser automatically opens when it detects a fault, uses a direction-to-fault and zone-based distance-to-fault operating protocol, and stays “as is” with no automatic opening when power (voltage) is lost on both sides of the switch. The Type-B sectionalizer does the same thing and is further configured to automatically open when it detects that it is deenergized on both sides for a pre-defined time period, and to operate like a tie-switch once open.

  • Publication number: 20190280476
Abstract: Electric power Fault detection, isolation and restoration (FDIR) systems using “smart switches” that autonomously coordinate operations to minimize the number of customers affected by outages and their durations, without relying on communications with a central controller or between the smart switch points. The smart switches typically operate during the substation breaker reclose cycles while the substation breakers are open, which enables the substation breakers to reclose successfully to restore service within their normal reclosing cycles. Alternatively, the smart switch may be timed to operate before the substation breakers trip to effectively remove the substation breakers from the fault isolation process. Both approaches allow the FDIR system to be installed with minimal reconfiguration of the substation protection scheme.

  • Patent number: 10366106
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for quorum-based replication of data records. In one embodiment, a read request for reading a record is received from a user node on a replica node of a cluster of replica nodes. The record is then determined not committed on the replica node. In response to the determination, an update message indicative of whether the number of replica nodes on which the record is durable exceeds a threshold is received on the replica node. In response to the number of replica nodes exceeds the threshold, a value of the record on the replica node is transmitted to the user node.
