    Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards an integrated circuit (IC) chip comprising a semiconductor device that is inverted and that overlies a dielectric region inset into a top of a semiconductor substrate. An interconnect structure overlies the semiconductor substrate and the dielectric region and further comprises an intermetal dielectric (IMD) layer. The IMD layer is bonded to the top of the semiconductor substrate and accommodates a pad. A semiconductor layer overlies the interconnect structure, and the semiconductor device is in the semiconductor layer, between the semiconductor layer and the interconnect structure. The semiconductor device comprises a first source/drain electrode overlying the dielectric region and further overlying and electrically coupled to the pad. The dielectric region reduces substrate capacitance to decrease substrate power loss and may, for example, be a cavity or a dielectric layer. A contact extends through the semiconductor layer to the pad.

    Abstract: A downhole electromagnetic logging tool comprises a transmitting system, a magnetic field sensor array and a control module. The transmitting system and the magnetic field sensor array are both connected to the control module. The transmitting system comprises an upper emission coil and a lower emission coil, which are respectively arranged above and below the magnetic field sensor array, for generating magnetic fields of opposite polarities, allowing the magnetic fields to be concentrated at the magnetic field sensor array. A casing generates a secondary magnetic field, which is received by the magnetic field sensor array to complete detection of the casing.

    Abstract: An exemplary method includes forming a multilayer interlevel dielectric (ILD) layer having a metal-containing dielectric layer (e.g., an aluminum oxide layer) between a first dielectric layer and a second dielectric layer and forming a bottom electrode via in the multilayer ILD layer. The method further includes forming a bottom electrode layer over the bottom electrode via, magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) layers over the bottom electrode layer, and a top electrode layer over the MTJ layers. The bottom electrode layer, the MTJ layers, and the top electrode layer are etched to form a bottom electrode, an MTJ element, and a top electrode, respectively, of a magnetoresistive random-access memory (MRAM). The etching, such as an ion beam etch, forms a recess in the multilayer ILD layer that extends to the metal-containing dielectric layer of the multilayer ILD layer. In some embodiments, the etching extends the recess into and/or through the metal-containing dielectric layer.

A heat dissipation panel is disposed on the bottom shell, a first surface of the heat dissipation panel is in contact with a heat emitting component, and a second surface of the heat dissipation panel is located in the heat dissipation channel. Therefore, the housing structure provided in the embodiments of this application can better dissipate heat for the heat emitting component in the bottom shell.

    Abstract: In some embodiments, the present disclosure relates to a method that includes aligned a first wafer with a second wafer. The second wafer is spaced apart from the first wafer. The first wafer is arranged on a first electrostatic chuck (ESC). The first ESC has electrostatic contacts that are configured to attract the first wafer to the first ESC. Further, the second wafer is brought toward the first wafer to directly contact the first wafer at an inter-wafer interface. The inter-wafer interface is localized to a center of the first wafer. The second wafer is deformed to gradually expand the inter-wafer interface from the center of the first wafer toward an edge of the first wafer. The electrostatic contacts of the first ESC are turned OFF such that the first and second wafers are bonded to one another by the inter-wafer interface.
