    Abstract: Provided are a simple and convenient method for preparing universal immune cells and the use thereof. The method comprises placing allogeneic immune cells and specific cell mitogens, cytokines, and immunologic adjuvants in a liquid cell culture medium to be co-cultured in a culture container, so as to obtain a universal immune cell culture with a high immunocompetence. Many clinical long-term practical applications have proven that the universal immune cells are safe and reliable, durable and effective, and have no rejection reaction. Therefore, the universal immune cells can be used as maternal cells of other types of universal immune cell preparations, such as CAR-T and TCR-T, and can be used in fields including adoptive cellular immunotherapy, etc.

Two of the leakage probabilities correspond to two of the cell abutment cases, respectively, and the two of the leakage probabilities are different from each other when the two of the cell abutment cases are different from each other.

GAF-computed output properties are accessible in the enclosing graph pattern matching query as though they were part of the input graph object of the GAF. Temporary cursor-duration tables are generated for the query cursor during compilation of a graph query that includes a GAF, and are used to store the GAF-computed properties. Each temporary table corresponds to one of the primary tables of the input graph, and includes, as a foreign key, primary key information from the corresponding primary table. Exterior blocks are positioned at an exterior surface of the structural outer panel at each gap to further define the adhesive cavities. An adhesive is disposed within each adhesive cavity and is contained therein by the interior and exterior blocks. The adhesive is cured to a solid sealing member that adheres the interior blocks to the interior surface of the structural outer panel to form a sealed structural panel. The exterior blocks are removed and each solid sealing member defines a hermetic seal at each gap.
