    Abstract: A data system and a data reading method are provided in the present disclosure. The data system includes a processor, a memory, and a storage device. The processor includes a file system in user space. The memory includes a memory buffer. The user file space system receives a reading request sent by an application end. The file system in user space reads prefetch data of a target file pre-stored in at least one buffer block of the memory buffer according to the reading request. In response to the file system in user space determining that a total reading amount of a last buffer block with stored data from the at least one buffer block being currently read exceeds a preset total amount, the file system in user space prefetches a next batch of prefetch data of the target file from the storage device and stores it in another buffer block. Therefore a data reading operation of high efficiency is achieved.

A targeted deposition is provided, wherein the targeted deposition comprises a plurality of cycles, wherein each cycle comprises flowing a precursor to deposit a layer of precursor and targeted curing the layer of precursor, comprising flowing a curing gas, flowing a modification gas, forming a plasma from the curing gas and modification gas, and exposing the layer of precursor to the plasma providing a targeted curing, wherein plasma from the curing gas cures first portions of the layer of precursor and plasma from the modification gas modifies second portions of the layer of precursor, wherein the modification of the second portion reduces curing of the layer of precursor of the second portions of the layer of precursor. The stack is etched through the targeted deposition.

    Abstract: A trained computer model for automatic identification of a wrong delivery location for an order placed at an online system. The online system receives, via a user interface, a user input that includes a delivery location for the order. The online system compares the received delivery location with a stored delivery location for the user. Responsive to identifying that the received and stored delivery locations are different, the online system accesses and applies a computer model to predict, based on features of the order, a likelihood of the received delivery location being correct. The online system generates, based on the predicted likelihood, a confidence score of the received delivery location being correct. Responsive to the confidence score being below a threshold score, the online system causes a device of the user to display a user interface with a message prompting the user to verify accuracy of the received delivery location.
