The method comprises: in a standby mode, when an output of the proximity sensor is a first sensing state, driving a driving current of the light-emitting device to comprise a first driving current; when the proximity sensor is triggered, a check mode is entered, the proximity sensor still outputs the first sensing state, and the driving current is switched to comprise a second driving current larger than the first driving current; and in the check mode, when the length of time/number of times of triggering the proximity sensor is larger than or equal to a threshold length/number, the output of the proximity sensor switches to the second sensing state, and returning to the standby mode in which the driving current comprises the first driving current.

When the fingerprint sensing device senses a fingerprint to generate a fingerprint frame data, the controller enters a sleep mode, and when the controller reads the fingerprint frame data, the fingerprint sensing device stops sensing the fingerprint. Since operations of sensing the fingerprint and reading the fingerprint frame data do not occur at the same time, the high current condition can be avoided so as to decrease power consumption.

    Abstract: A few-shot, unsupervised image-to-image translation (“FUNIT”) algorithm is disclosed that accepts as input images of previously-unseen target classes. These target classes are specified at inference time by only a few images, such as a single image or a pair of images, of an object of the target type. A FUNIT network can be trained using a data set containing images of many different object classes, in order to translate images from one class to another class by leveraging few input images of the target class. By learning to extract appearance patterns from the few input images for the translation task, the network learns a generalizable appearance pattern extractor that can be applied to images of unseen classes at translation time for a few-shot image-to-image translation task.
