Abstract: A reciprocating glue dispenser dispensing switch includes a switching device main body, a needle holding base, a sliding wear-resistant plate, and a driving device. The switching device main body is equipped with a double liquid inlet, the needle holding base is equipped with a mixed glue outlet, the sliding wear-resistant plate is installed between the switching device main body and the needle holding base, and the sliding wear-resistant plate is equipped with a sliding wear-resistant plate opening. The driving device is utilized to move the sliding wear-resistant plate. A mixed double-liquid glue passes through the double liquid inlet, the sliding wear-resistant plate opening and the glue outlet to dispense a mixed double-liquid glue while the double liquid inlet, the sliding wear-resistant plate opening and the glue outlet are overlapped. In addition, a double liquid dispensing equipment is also disclosed herein.

Abstract: A method of forming a plug for a semiconductor device and a semiconductor device thereof are disclosed. The proposed method of forming a plug for a semiconductor device, wherein the semiconductor device includes a deep trench (DT) structure and a storage node configured in the DT structure, comprising: (a) filling a single film in the DT structure and to cover the storage node; and (b) etching back the single film to form the plug located in the DT structure and around the storage node, wherein the single film forms a liner of a single type.

Abstract: A nucleic acid-drug complex is provided in the present disclosure, which includes a nucleic acid sequence of an anti-PD-L1 aptamer and a CpG oligonucleotide sequence capable of activating TLR9, in which the CpG oligonucleotide sequence consists of a first fragment and a second fragment, and the nucleic acid sequence of the anti-PD-L1 aptamer is inserted between the first fragment and the second fragment.

By setting the voltage follower to reduce the influence from the junction capacitance of the photodiode, a required time of a repeat integration module will not be influenced by the photodiode to efficiently keep the performance and the accuracy of the analog to digital converting device when the light sensor circuit is used to the analog to digital converting device in repeat operation.

Abstract: The invention discloses a method for evaluating the difference in gas injection effect of gas injection wells in a carbonate reservoir, aiming at solving the problem that the difference in effect characters of gas injection wells cannot be systematically evaluated in the prior art, and realizing the purposes of systematically and completely evaluating the difference in gas injection effect in the carbonate reservoir and finding out the reason of low efficiency. By means of the invention, reasons for low gas injection efficiency corresponding to different geological classifications are obtained, systematic classification and induction are carried out on the difference in gas injection effect, and gas injection effects are effectively evaluated, so that a sufficient gas injection scheme design basis is provided for subsequent development and production increase, and a significant guiding principle is provided for later-stage gas injection and production increase of the carbonate reservoir.

The plurality of light source on and light source off operations includes a group having two light sources on operations and two light sources off operations. The two light sources on operations in the group or the two light sources off operations in the group are performed consecutively. In this way, the ambient light components of the light source on and off operations may cancel out each other to reduce the ambient light components contained in the sensing results.

Abstract: A smart card with a fingerprint sensing system, includes a controller and a fingerprint sensing device. When the fingerprint sensing device senses a fingerprint to generate a fingerprint frame data, the controller enters a sleep mode, and when the controller reads the fingerprint frame data, the fingerprint sensing device stops sensing the fingerprint. Since operations of sensing the fingerprint and reading the fingerprint frame data do not occur at the same time, the high current condition can be avoided so as to decrease power consumption.
