Abstract: The present application relates to the technical field of communications, and disclosed are a power control method, a method and apparatus for determining transmission resources, a terminal, and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring power control configuration information; and according to the power control configuration information, determining whether to perform power control when sending sidelink data. The present application makes all terminals using the same resource pool not perform power control, thereby avoiding the problem in which when a terminal that employs a unicast transmission mode performs power control on a certain resource, a terminal that employs a broadcast transmission mode determines that the resource is available when listening, thereby preempting the resource and causing a transmission conflict.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes a sidelink communication method and a terminal device. The method includes transmitting, by a second terminal device, sidelink control information (SCI) to a first terminal device. The SCI is used by the first terminal device to obtain information of a sidelink reference signal, and includes a first indication field used for indicating the first terminal device to determine resource indication information of the sidelink reference signal. In response to the resource indication information of the sidelink reference signal including frequency domain start position indication information of the sidelink reference signal but not frequency domain length information of the sidelink reference signal, the frequency domain length information of the sidelink reference signal is determined based on pre-configured information or information configured by a network device.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of feedback channel mapping and multiplexing HARQ reports in New Radio Sidelink (SL) communication. A method of operating a user equipment (UE) performing SL communication includes providing a procedure to the UE, the procedure allowing the UE to determine a Physical Sidelink Feedback Channel (PSFCH) resource/sequence for Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) reporting with regard to the SL communication. The procedure provides instructions for a step-wise determination of the PSFCH resource/sequence for the HARQ reporting based on a first and second characteristic with regard to the SL communication.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method of controlling sidelink communication of the same are provided. A method of controlling sidelink communication of a base station includes using a downlink control information (DCI) format structure to provide at least one sidelink scheduling comprising at least one new radio (NR) scheduling function and providing, to one or more user equipments (UEs), at least one sidelink scheduling according to the DCI format structure. This can save UE processing complexity, power consumption, and control signalling overhead in a new radio (NR) downlink.
