The method may comprise: a relay node determining a first slot boundary; the relay node sending downlink data to a child node by means of time alignment between a second slot boundary of the downlink data sent to the child node and the first slot boundary; in addition, the relay node determining a first timing advance at least according to the following information: a second timing advance for the relay node to send uplink data to a parent node and the transmission delay between the relay node and the child node; and the relay node sending the first timing advance to the child node, wherein the first timing advance is used for the child node to determine the sending time for sending the uplink data to the relay node.

Abstract: The present application provides a method for feeding back a sidelink transmission state, comprising: a terminal device obtains an uplink feedback resource, the uplink feedback resource being used for transmitting sidelink feedback information; the terminal device performs sidelink feedback processing. The solution enables a network device to determine the data transmission state on a sidelink. After determining that data transmission on the sidelink fails, the network device can allocate retransmission resources to the terminal device, thereby improving success rate of sidelink transmission; or after determining that data transmission on the sidelink succeeds, the network device does not allocate retransmission resources to the terminal device any longer, thereby improving utilization of the resources.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for transmitting or receiving a physical sidelink broadcast channel (PSBCH) are provided. The method for transmitting a PSBCH of a first user equipment includes transmitting, to one or more second user equipments, a PSBCH carrying information, and the information carried in the PSBCH is used to determine a periodicity and a number of slots. This can reduce a payload size of the information carried in the PSBCH.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method for resolving a transmission conflict and relates to the field of wireless communication. The method comprises: when two transmissions experience a conflict, prioritizing the transmission of one transmission among the two transmissions according to quality of service (QoS) attributes respectively associated with the two transmissions. When two transmissions experience a conflict, the QoS attributes of the two transmissions are considered, and the priority of transmission is determined according to the QoS attributes respectively associated with the two transmissions to thereby determine an object that is prioritized for transmission, which may effectively allocate network bandwidth and use network resources more reasonably.
