    Abstract: An antenna device and an orientation adjustment mechanism are provided. The orientation adjustment mechanism includes a holder, a rotation carrier assembled to the holder, and a torsion spring. The rotation carrier is counterclockwise rotatable from an initial position by a first predetermined angle or is clockwise rotatable from the initial position by a second predetermined angle. The torsion spring has an elastic portion disposed on the holder and two extending arms that extend from the elastic portion. When the rotation carrier is rotated from the initial position by the first predetermined angle or the second predetermined angle, the rotation carrier presses and moves one of the two extending arms, and another one of the two extending arms abuts against the limiting portion, so that the elastic portion is deformed to store an elastic force that tends to move the rotation carrier toward the initial position.

    Abstract: A motor control device and a motor control method are provided. The motor control device includes a memory and a controller. During an initialization period, the controller drives a brushless DC motor to change a rotor position through a drive circuit for adjusting and obtaining a starting angle and a locked exciting current corresponding to the starting angle, and the controller stores starting-angle information corresponding to the starting angle and locked exciting-current information corresponding to the locked exciting current in the memory. After the initialization period ends, during a normal rotation period, the controller maintains the rotor position of the brushless DC motor at the starting angle with the locked exciting current through the drive circuit, until the controller activates the brushless DC motor through the drive circuit.

A variant type score is produced using a variation pattern prediction tool based on the related information. A clinical score is produced using the related information or a clinical database based on the related information. A functional score is produced using a functional variant hazard prediction tool based on the related information. The population score, the variant type score, the clinical score, and the functional score are summed to obtain a pathogenic score. Probability that mutation sites suffer from a corresponding disease is determined based on the pathogenic score. When the pathogenic score is higher, the probability of the mutation sites suffering from the corresponding disease is higher.
