    Abstract: An electronic device includes: a display panel and a host. The host is electrically connected to the display panel, and includes a processing unit and a graphics processing unit. The processing unit executes a driver program of the graphics processing unit and a specific program to render a display image of the specific program, wherein the display image includes a user interface. The processing unit obtains position information about a static area of the user interface. In response to the processing unit obtaining the position information about the static area of the user interface, the graphics processing unit performs a burn-in-prevention process on the static area via the driver program to generate an output image, and transmits the output image to the display panel for displaying.

    Abstract: A battery cell thermal conditioning system for a vehicle includes a battery pack having multiple battery cells. Multiple foam layers are individually positioned between first successive ones of the battery cells. A first carbon nanotube sheet is positioned in direct contact with one of the battery cells on a first side of the foam layers and a second carbon nanotube sheet is positioned in direct contact with a different one of the battery cells on a second side of the foam layers. A cooling plate is positioned between second successive ones of the battery cells. A controller directs current flow to the first carbon nanotube sheet and the second carbon nanotube sheet when a temperature of the one of the battery cells contacted by the carbon nanotube sheet drops below a predetermined threshold temperature.

    Abstract: A transmission structure includes: a turn button; a driven wheel including a wheel body and connecting parts having free ends or pushing blocks; and an actuating member including abutting parts corresponding to the free ends or the pushing blocks. When the driven wheel rotates, each of the free ends or each of the pushing blocks abuts against a corresponding one of the abutting parts. Also, the actuating member moves with a rotating shaft, and a latch connected to the rotating shaft displaces between a locked position and an unlocked position. When the driven wheel rotates, the latch does not displace and the actuating member cannot rotate. Also, each of the free ends or pushing blocks is still abutted by the corresponding one of the abutting parts and is curved elastically or deformed until the free end or the pushing block spans across the corresponding one of the abutting parts.

    Abstract: A method for CMP includes following operations. A dielectric structure is received. The dielectric structure includes a metal layer stack formed therein. The metal layer stack includes at least a first metal layer and a second metal layer, and the first metal layer and the second metal layer are exposed through a surface of the dielectric structure. A first composition is provided to remove a portion of the first metal layer from the surface of the dielectric structure. A second composition is provided to form a protecting layer over the second metal layer. The protecting layer is removed from the second metal layer. A CMP operation is performed to remove a portion of the second metal layer. In some embodiments, the protecting layer protects the second metal layer during the removal of the portion of the first metal layer.
