    Abstract: Disclosed is a withdrawable device of main circuit for a circuit breaker. A ring-shaped guide recess is formed at a central part of a transfer nut screw-coupled to a lead screw, and supporting surfaces are formed on side surfaces of the guide recess. And, rotation prevention pins are elastically supported by springs in a moving direction of the transfer nut, and are selectively locked, thereby allowing the transfer nut to perform an idle operation. Accordingly, a structure for an idle operation of the transfer nut is simplified, and the number of components is reduced. An axial load is attenuated to a plane-contact distributed load, not a point-contact concentrated load, thereby preventing damage of the components. Also, a vacuum circuit breaker has enhanced reliability of the idle operation at a run position and a test position.

Since the connector of the conductor base has the curved surface formed on a side of an end portion thereof and tooth-coupled with the contactor of the finger module, the contactor of the finger module has another curved surface corresponding to the curved surface of the connector and the contactor is elastically supported in a vertical direction by the plate spring to allow both end portions of the contactor to perform a vertical elastic movement relative to a longitudinal center of the contactor. The present invention can prevent damages due to a mechanical impact between the connector of the conductor base and the contactor of the finger module, which may occur while the breaker terminal is inserted into the finger module, to thereby extend the lifespan of the conductor base and the finger module.

    Abstract: A method of crystallizing amorphous silicon comprises forming an amorphous silicon layer on a substrate; forming an insulating layer on the amorphous silicon layer; forming a heat distributing metal layer on the insulating layer; and forming a thermite layer on the heat distributing metal layer. Ignition heat is then applied to ignite the thermite layer and generate sufficient localized exothermic heat from the ignited thermite layer so as to crystallize the amorphous silicon layer. The substrate beneath the amorphous silicon layer can be a heat sensitive substrate which is not substantially deformed by the localized crystallizing heat applied to the top portion of the amorphous silicon layer by way of the heat distributing metal layer and the insulating layer.

A target interference amount is determined based on an interference amount control value and an initial target interference amount according to a processing load of a serving base station, and one interference amount is selected from estimated interference amounts based on the target interference amount. The device for preventing withdrawing and inserting of a circuit breaker include: a lead screw is coupled between a carriage and a girder assembly and rotated by an external force to allow a breaker body to be closed or released while the carriage is moved with respect to a cradle, and a braking unit preventing the lead screw for operating when the girder assembly is released from the cradle. In an unstable state in which the girder assembly is not coupled to the cradle, a withdrawal handle is prevented from being inserted into the girder assembly. Therefore, an abnormal withdrawing operation can be prevented, and thus, various safety accidents, a contact resistance and temperature rise, damage to a device due to electrical breakdown can be prevented.
