    Abstract: A nonvolatile memory device includes an array of nonvolatile memory cells and a plurality of page buffers configured to receive a plurality of pages of data read from the same page in the array using different read voltage conditions. A control circuit is provided, which is electrically coupled to the plurality of page buffers. The control circuit is configured to perform a test operation by driving the plurality of page buffers with control signals that cause generation within the nonvolatile memory device of a string of XOR data bits, which are derived from a comparison of at least two of the multiple pages of data read from the same page of nonvolatile memory cells using the different read voltage conditions. An input/output device is provided, which is configured to output test data derived from the string of XOR data bits to another device located external to the nonvolatile memory device.

    Abstract: A method for upgrading firmware of a mobile terminal includes dividing a first firmware into a plurality of first firmware sections, storing a copy of at least one of the first firmware sections in the mobile terminal, loading a second firmware divided into a plurality of second firmware sections, determining whether at least one of the second firmware sections has incurred an error, loading the stored copy of the first firmware section corresponding to the second firmware section if the second firmware section is determined to have incurred an error, and executing the first firmware section or the second firmware section for executing at least one of a kernel and an operating system of the mobile terminal. The method further includes replacing at least one of the second firmware sections having an error with a corresponding replacement second firmware section if an error is determined to have occurred.

A location communication unit allocates individual IDs of LED lighting and performs transmission/reception of data to/from an external terminal. A multi-sensor unit supports multiple sensors and analyzes sensor data collected from the multiple sensors. An active heat dissipation unit dissipates heat from the LED lighting based on analyzed sensor data. A processor control unit controls operations of the wired lighting unit, the wireless lighting unit, the location communication unit, the multi-sensor unit, and the active heat dissipation unit.

Lighting data is processed using an address recorded in a DMX-512 address field of a DMX-VLC address included in the DMX-512 packet if it is determined that the DMX-512 packet includes the dimming data.
