The method may comprise: receiving a prioritized list with respect to APs, the prioritized list includes at least one of roaming consortium information, a network address identifier (NAI), a public land mobile network (PLMN) identifier; scanning at least one or more APs in the vicinity thereby generating an available list which includes at least one or more service set identifiers (SSIDs) and roaming consortium information; acquiring at least one or more NAIs from the roaming consortium information in the available list using pre-stored mapping information; comparing the acquired NAI with the NAI in the prioritized list to select a proper AP.

The notification message includes the information regarding the at least one or more other UEs and a controller UE capability of controlling the collaborative session. The method according to the embodiment further includes performing a process of transferring control with respect to the collaborative session established with a remote party to a specific UE, which is checked as capable of being a controller UE based on the received information, without transferring the collaborative session to the specific UE.

The method for providing connection type information further includes determining whether the UE is a CSG member or a non CSG member, if the Home (e)NodeB is a hybrid cell; and transmitting a connection accept message when the Home (e)NodeB is the hybrid cell.

Then, the MME may obtain information about one or more local Gateways (GWs) capable of offloading selected traffic, such information indicating which of the one or more local GWs provides access to which Packet Data Networks (PDNs), with each PDN being identified by its associated APN. Finally, the MME may process PDN connections and/or PDN disconnections in order to support offloading of the selected traffic. The counterpart UE includes the appropriate means of hardware and/or software that is configured to support and perform SIPTO@LN.
