  • Publication number: 20240098970
Abstract: Systems, methods and apparatus are provided for an array of vertically stacked memory cells having horizontally oriented access devices and storage nodes. The horizontally oriented access devices having a first source/drain regions and a second source drain regions separated by silicon (Si) channel regions. A digit line having a global digit line (GDL) contact is formed in a trench adjacent to the first source/drain regions. In one example, the digit line is electrically isolated from a neighboring digit line at the bottom of the trench. In another example, the digit line is formed continuously along a bottom surface of trench to form shared digit lines between horizontal access devices, in two separate arrays, on opposing second vertical surfaces. The memory cells have horizontally oriented storage nodes coupled to the second source/drain regions and vertical digit lines coupled to the first source/drain regions.

  • Patent number: 11936467
Abstract: A computing system obtains a fingerprint of video content being rendered by a video presentation device, including a first portion representing a pre-established video segment and a second portion representing a dynamically-defined video segment. While obtaining the query fingerprint, the computing system (a) detects a match between the first portion of the query fingerprint and a reference fingerprint that represents the pre-established video segment, (b) based on the detecting of the match, identifies the video content being rendered, (c) after identifying the video content being rendered, applies a trained neural network to at least the second portion of the query fingerprint, and (d) detects, based on the applying of the neural network, that rendering of the identified video content continues. And responsive to at least the detecting that rendering of the identified video content continues, the computing system then takes associated action.

  • Publication number: 20240004872
Abstract: Implementations set forth herein relate to providing a subsidiary application GUI via a client interface. The GUI can be rendered when a user is accessing a first party system via an application that is provided by the first party or a separate entity. The subsidiary application GUI can be rendered in response to the user providing a search query to the first party server-such as a search query that is in furtherance of initializing receiving certain search results. The server can identify, based on the search query, one or more entities that offer primary and/or subsidiary applications, and request subsidiary data for visibly rendering corresponding subsidiary applications for each entity. The subsidiary applications can optionally provide access to application functions that would not otherwise be available at the client without a corresponding application being installed.
