  • Patent number: 6017152
Abstract: An object is to provide a small-sized track roller bearing with stud in which the lubrication feed can be performed after the bearing has been incorporated in a device or the like. In the end surface of a stud 1, a hexagon socket 1r to which a fastening tool can be engaged, is formed, and the hexagon socket 1r and a supply hole 1g of a lubricating passage are connected to each other, and in the hexagon socket 1r, an lubrication plug with an empty hole portion into which a pointed tip of a lubricating device such as an injector can be inserted so as to feed lubrication, is installed.

  • Patent number: 5584765
Abstract: This ball spline consists of a spline shaft provided with first raceway grooves, and a cylindrical casing mounted on the spline shaft so that the cylindrical casing can be moved slidingly on and relatively to the spline shaft. The cylindrical casing has a cylindrical casing body, end caps fixed to both ends of the cylindrical casing body, end seals attached to end surfaces of the end caps, and balls rolling between the spline shaft and cylindrical casing body. The cylindrical casing body consisting of a cylindrical casing member provided with return passages and formed out of a metal or synthetic resin material, and a liner member fitted in the cylindrical casing member and provided with second raceway grooves in which the balls roll.

  • Patent number: 5531521
Abstract: The under seal of this linear rolling guide unit comprises a pair of L-shaped under seal members that are bent and engaged together. The under seal members can be positioned relative to each other by engaging the engagement projections and the engagement recesses. Because the under seal members can be moved relative to each other in the longitudinal direction, if there are dimensional errors in the overall length of the slider in the longitudinal direction, they can be offset by adjusting the overall length of the under seal. In this way, the elongation and contraction due to thermal expansion and external forces are accommodated. The under seal is secured to the end surfaces of the end caps, not the underside of the slider, so that even when the dimension H.sub.1 between the base on which the track rail is installed and the slider's underside is small, the under seal can be easily and firmly fixed.

  • Patent number: 5372916
Abstract: In an X-ray exposure method, consideration was made to application of a concept of a phase shift method which is used for a light exposure method, in order to improve the resolution. As a result, phase shift layers made of a material having an appropriate refractivity are provided on side walls of an absorbing pattern of an X-ray mask to improve the resolution by an interference effect. One or more layers made of a material having a refractivity different from that of the absorbing pattern are formed on the side walls of the absorbing pattern of the X-ray mask.

  • Patent number: 4841556
Abstract: A plasma X-ray source in which a discharge tube containing a pair of coaxial cylindrical electrodes is filled with a gas, a high voltage pulse from a charged capacitor is applied between the cylindrical electrodes to convert the gas into a plasma, the plasma is focused on a position near the end of the inner one of the cylindrical electrodes to generate X-rays, and the X-rays thus generated are emitted to the outside of the discharge tube through a window provided thereon, is disclosed. In the above X-ray source, the high voltage pulse is applied between the cylindrical electrodes so that the inner cylindrical electrode is at a negative potential with respect to the outer cylindrical electrode.
