  • Patent number: 12112379
Abstract: According to some embodiments, an indication of a trade priced relative to a reference benchmark value (e.g., a trade at index close transaction) associated with an underlying index future may be received when a basis of the trade is agreed to by parties of the trade. Moreover, the indication may be received at least one day prior to a determination of a final price and quantity of the trade. The trade might create, according to some embodiments, any derivative, such as a future, an option, or a combination of put and call options. The trade may be reported and cleared, and it may then be arranged for the trade to physically settle into the underlying index future.

  • Patent number: 12112076
Abstract: Provided are a computer program product, system, and method for replication of versions of an object from a source storage to a target storage. A source retention policy indicates at least one source retention requirement to determine when to expire versions of an object at the source storage and a target retention policy indicates at least one target retention requirement to determine when to expire versions of the object at the target storage. The source and target retention requirements for versions of the object are different. The source retention policy is used to expire at least one version of the object at the source storage to satisfy the at least one source retention requirement. A number of the versions of the object maintained at the source storage and target storage differ due to the different source and target retention requirements.

  • Publication number: 20240306352
Abstract: A process includes communicating a coolant flow between an inlet and an outlet of a coolant subsystem that is associated with a cooling domain to remove thermal energy from a plurality of processor-based nodes of the cooling domain. The communication of the coolant flow has associated predefined parameters. The process includes regulating a temperature of the coolant flow at the outlet. In accordance with example implementations, the regulation includes determining, based on the predefined parameters, a minimum collective power consumption by the processor-based nodes to maintain a temperature of the coolant flow at the outlet at or above a minimum threshold temperature, and based on the minimum power consumption, scheduling jobs to be executed by the nodes.

  • Publication number: 20240291249
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for automated routing of wires of a wire harness on a form board. A wire harness comprising a wire end connector and a multiplicity of groups of wires is supported and carried by a carrier end effector mounted to an end of a first robotic arm. The wire groups are accessed and then routed on the form board by a routing end effector mounted to an end of a second robotic arm. Initially a wire gripper of the routing end effector is opened. The second robotic arm is then controlled to move the routing end effector so that respective first portions of all wire groups are accessible for gripping by the wire gripper. Then the wire gripper is closed to grip the first portions of wires. Then the second robotic arm is controlled to move the routing end effector to place second portions of the wires of all wire groups in a first elastic retainer wire routing device attached to the form board.
