  • Patent number: 11739437
Abstract: Methods for forming single crystal silicon ingots with improved resistivity control are disclosed. The methods involve growth of a sample rod. The sample rod may have a diameter less than the diameter of the product ingot. The sample rod is cropped to form a center slab. The resistivity of the center slab may be measured directly such as by a four-point probe. The sample rod or optionally the center slab may be annealed in a thermal donor kill cycle prior to measuring the resistivity, and the annealed rod or slab is irradiated with light in order to enhance the relaxation rate and enable more rapid resistivity measurement.

  • Publication number: 20230222504
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for authenticating a mobile user via an authentication method determined based on a token level associated with the action being completed. An authentication token is created corresponding to the token level and the authentication token is sent to the mobile device. This authentication token may be used to authenticate subsequent actions and engage various services to complete the actions using application programming interfaces. The authentication token stored on the mobile device obviates the need for a user to authenticate multiple times to complete actions requiring a similar token level. The system may authenticate the identity of the mobile user using various authentication methods.

  • Patent number: 11692432
Abstract: A method for drilling a subterranean wellbore includes rotating a drill string in the subterranean wellbore. The drill string includes a drill collar, a drill bit, and survey sensors (e.g., a triaxial accelerometer set and a triaxial magnetometer set) deployed therein. The triaxial accelerometer set and the triaxial magnetometer set make corresponding accelerometer and magnetometer measurements while drilling (rotating). These measurements are synchronized to obtain synchronized accelerometer and magnetometer measurements and then further processed to compute at least an inclination and an azimuth of the subterranean wellbore while drilling. The method may further optionally include changing a direction of drilling the subterranean wellbore in response to the computed inclination and azimuth.
